Ight, so my older brother (Black, 6ft) went here and the cashier 1. Wouldn't let him get donuts for no apparent reason (there were donuts), and also tried gaslighting my older brother into thinking the milkshake he wanted wasn't there (it was) and I didn't even go in, but frankly this places reviews almost all seem to be bad service, so I ain't going in that building.

Totally unprofessional encounter with an employee. Asked strange personal questions and made me feel very uncomfortable as I was waiting to get my coffee. Do not recommend this place.

We got 1 donut, 4 kolache's, and 2 vanilla lattes. Donut was room temperature, kolaches were COLD, and the lattes came without the syrup. Understaffed, and employees called food out by item rather than by ticket number (which led to confusion at the pickup counter and people touching other people's food). Very unorganized, tables were sticky and chairs were covered in crumbs. Very disappointed, ended up throwing half of our order away.

This place is a very clean. Food is great. Employees are very nice and generous. Our baby girl came out with Cotten candy ice cream from baskin robins and was very satisfied ?

Such a horrible experience with the Dunkin Donuts at this location. I decided to visit this location since it's open 24 hours. I placed my order in the app, went inside, and got my drinks. I had barely any interactions whatsoever up until this point, but the manager(presumably?) was staring at me the whole time as I was waiting on my 3 coffees. After a minute or so, the woman(who was extremely nice, she's the reason I've rated this location as 2 stars instead of 1) who made my drinks handed them to me. One of them was not good at all, so I had let the manager know, and he told me "Throw it away and place another order". I then tried to reword what I had said, and said I wanted to replace one drink with another one(that was cheaper, mind you) and he had responded with "Throw it away and place another order". Would not recommend.

OMG, this place has clean restrooms and a variety of food options. I stop here every time I visit my friend when he is working out of town.

Twice! I said it twice. Granulated sugar in my coffee! Not liquid sugar!! Paid 8 bucks for two large coffees and had to trash them both because they tasted like chemicals. If I pay for something I expect to get exactly what I am paying for. How hard is that!?

I really expected this entire place to be sleazy and nasty, but it was so clean and nice inside. My only complaint would be the server didn't seem to be in a great mood, but we all have bad days.
