Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful any time I have needed something. Being in a small community, most of the employees recognize me, and I don't have to repeat my information every time I do business there.

Went to Texas First Bank and talked to Haley Sabol about a phone call I had received on my Bank card. I explained to her about it and she explained to me about about it being a potential scammer. She informed me the amount that had not been taken out and their Fraud department would have informed them. She reassured me it was fine. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me out.

What a joke. Incredibly unprofessional.Update: Nothing was resolved contrary to what you post in a response comment on Google. Why send a letter starting when part of a new customers funds will be available and then say “oh that’s not true even though that is our signed letter. None of that is accurate.” No wonder most people choose not to use small banks anymore. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and does not know how to be in a customer service field.

I sat at the motor bank for 17 minutes waiting for change of a $20. 17 minutes to count out $20 in one dollar bills.
