I find it interesting that one of the clowns from this horror movie deleted my first review from earlier today.
Upon entering the store at about 3:50 pm, I was subjected to an incredibly rude dark haired woman who asked if she could help me in a hostile voice. I told her that I was just, looking, to which ahead appeared as I'd she was going to disallow that.
Upon selecting a bottle container cat litter, I was approached by a rude high-school age child who demanded that I purchase her homemade items. I declined, to which the girl continued to berate me and demanded that I buy her junk. I finally departed, and noted a male behind the desk who was having an extended conversation with an older man about how long it took him to get from Baytown to work in Winnie. He never made eye contact with me or anyone else, on any case.
I approached an older blonde woman st the register who was having a long conversation with a close friend about her various animals and refused to look at me. She never said one word toward me, and actually physically thrust the recept at me, nearly striking me with it. I realize her handicapped duck and raccoon problems were concerning, but civility rules the day.
As near as I could tell, the obnoxious girl selling homemade junk was her daughter, as they looked alike and were equally in need of obedience training.
I have actually enjoyed shopping other Tractor Supply stores, yet the Winnie location is managed by no one and adores employees who were culled from the ranks of an inmate work crew.
Condemn it, perhaps?

My husband just went in to buy a small trailer, well that didn't happen because they were short handed and didn't want to take the time to do the paperwork, so he was asked to come back tomorrow. We'll that's too late. So I will never spend a dollar in this store location. When two other stores were out and he finally found one and they wouldn't sell it because it takes time. Terrible customer service. I'm glad not all the stores are this way...

No one will answer the phone. Just drove 20 miles to be informed that they were not filling propane any longer. The pump is broke. While in line I noticed that they don't answer the phone either. Has walmart bought out tractor supply?

Over the past 2 1/2 years we’ve called ahead on 3 separate occasions to ask about propane and was told “ yes we have propane and can fill your 100lb tank” . Showed up the 1st time and was told our tank was too old. Ok that one is on me. 2nd time we buy a new tank but then they couldn’t fill it because no one was there to fill it. 3rd time I call and was told that they could fill my tank so I load it up head 32 miles to get it filled and the guy comes outside and says oh I’m sorry but someone has taken our fitting that it requires to fill your tank so there’s nothing that I can do sorry. Never again will I ever shop at this facility ever again.

Every visit, youngsters running the store more interested in their Smart Phones than asking customers " Can I help you?".Had to hunt for someone to help 4 times - employees just watching from a distance.Amazon, here we come, easier, free shipping.Crystal Beach, Tx.

I purchased 9 trees in March. 5 peach 2 plum 1 bald cypress one pecan. 5 of them are dead. I was told they were dormant being peach trees. 4 peach and one plum never came out of dormant, meaning were dead. Tractor Supply said don't guarantee any plants. Wish I would have known as would not have risked "dormant" tree purchase. Buyer beware.

Went in this morning while I was in the area. This store is very clean and well organized. It has plenty of items to choose from and the prices are reasonable. The employees were very friendly and helpful if I needed anything.
