I’ve had dealings with places that made you regret ever taking your vehicle to them, but not Griffin’s. They were very meticulous throughout the whole process, doing a great job, communication couldn’t have been better, and they stayed in touch with the insurance company and adjuster in order to get this resolved as soon as possible. “Had a really bad experience at another shop and had to take it them. Was so scared to leave my vehicle after the other experience but totally glad I did!!! Not only was it done sooner than expected and right it looked like new afterwards. The staff was so friendly and kept us up to date during repairs and assured us there would be no surprises charges etc. I was skeptical but a week later I discovered they not only do excellent work but they are about as honest as it comes. Nothing was done without direct verbal approval to my Jeep and that meant so much to me! Communication and repairs both were honest and fantastic. Hopefully I never need a body repair for my Jeep again but if so they will definitely have my business and will be recommend by our family to anyone who needs body repair.
