What a terrible little CVS! It's doll-sized as it is, so inventory is less than half that of any surrounding locations. This one happens to be the most conveniently located from my house, unfortunately. I've been in numerous times for OTC mediation and miscellaneous things like shaving cream, facial products, etc. They either don't stock them at all or they're completely out of stock.
There's rarely a person up front, so they have a bell for customers to ring. Today, I rang it...waited several minutes and rang it again. No one ever showed up. I walked to the back where the pharmacy is located. The pharmacist looked me straight in the eye, saw my frustration/desperation to find someone and then went about his business. I asked if anyone was working to which there was no reply. I HIGHLY recommend STAYING AWAY from this particular location!

The CVS Store in Winnsboro is in a super convenient location. It is a small store, but they always seem to have what I am looking for. As an added bonus, the employees are super friendly and helpful.

Takes forever for staff member to come to register for ups drop off. Was over by pharmacy and still waited. 10 solid minutes. Didn’t have her little hand held to scan them. Said she would do it and text receipt. 4 hours later they were scanned in. Ridiculous! Never employee Amy where to be seen.

I understand that they are a busy facility but somewhat rude and just meh about stuff. Don’t feel welcomed and again meh.

Why don’t you let a human talk to people I don’t understand why we need to ask one question and your automated systems turns it into a circus and I’ll spend 2 hours trying to ask a singular question

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Rude employees, I’m surprised they have any customers at all. Never again! I will drive to Timbuktu to get my Rx from now on.

My family and I went to the CVS Pharmacy in Winnsboro for the latest Covid-19 booster vaccine. The staff were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. If you seek efficiency with vaccines of any kind, I would suggest you give them a try.
