Mitzi is a great personal greeter as we enter the bank! And then it's fun to see who's in the "coffee corner" and spend a few minutes getting local updates. Most banks offer friendly, competent tellers, but it's these extra perks that make me want to come INTO the bank instead going through the DRIVE UP.
