I was going to make an appointment to get my ITIN number and ask how much will it cost which on the website they said they have this service. But the woman answer the phone is sooooo rude and unhelpful. She acted like she has no idea what I am talking about and using an impatient tone the whole time! It is the worst H&R block!

Excellent service. I was able to walk right in and Christine Hartman was able to take care of me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was even able to help with next years planning in order to help with maximizing return. I highly recommend this HR block. All the staff is knowledgeable and helpful including Brenda Morey.
