I'm going to have to go with 3 stars. The employees are very friendly and take care of you but on the check cashing aside they tend to be hard to deal with. Either they don't have enough money there to cash your check or they also have a policy to charge you to cash a check from one of their accounts holders if you don't have an account there. I'm actually looking to move my accounts to a local bank or at least add a new account in one of them. For this reason I definitely will not set up an account with Prosperity. If I write a good check out of my account then they should cash it for anybody I write it to whether they have an account or not as a service to me, who banks with them.
