Horrible and very insensitive to truck drivers that deliver their goods. Employees park in spaces that are needed for 18 wheelers to maneuver around in. I asked a worker if the car could be moved so that I could exit properly without causing any damage. I was talked to in a condescending manner and my skills as a 7 year driver were belittled. I refuse to make deliveries to a customer that will jeopardize my CDL.

The state of the hardware aisle involving nuts, bolts, etc is borderline unusable. I've been coming for over a month now trying to grab hardware for a Jeep I'm putting back together and every time I try to locate a specific bolt or nut I either find it completely missing or filled to the brim with an assortment of different sizes. Rotate the stock on your hardware aisle please.

I'm 71 years old and needed assistance loading dog food, 44 pounds, no one ever came after waiting 10 minutes, I loaded it myself.

We've had the best experience here! We bought a Cub Cadet lawyer from Brian. Unfortunately we had problems with the belt coming off right at the start. Brian was very friendly and helpful. He ended up bringing us a new mower and taking the old mower back to the store. He was willing to come do this on a Saturday, HIS DAY OFF! The mower he brought works great, no problems. We will definitely be back for more! Thanks so much, Brian and Tractor Supply!

God Bless the sweet, hard-working folks at the Winnsboro, Texas Tractor Supply!!! They embody the very spirit of Tractor Supply; neighbor helping neighbor, understanding that their store is sometimes the lifeblood of many farms and ranches in this rural area & friendly and kind people willing to do their level best to make sure the needs of their customers are being met. In the aftermath of the June 15, 2023 storms, with most of their own homes without power AND with no power in the store, the wonderful employees of Tractor Supply/Winnsboro STILL made sure to show up for work, knowing that many people would be in need of chainsaws, generators and other essential supplies. Business was conducted by flashlight and receipts were written out by hand, but they were there, in temperatures exceeding 100°, smiling and reminding US to stay cool and don't get overheated! These folks are what makes the United States, Texas and Wood County a great place to live!! From the bottom of my heart, and I know I speak for many...Thank you for reminding us what great customer service and selfless humanity looks like ❤
