I pulled up to air pump and paid $2 and actually went from 45 lbs to 35 lbs. My tires are supposed to be at 80 lbs. Wasted $.

Must be under new mngt. It was dirty inside bathrooms also no lids for coffee. Dog park had no bags and had so much dog crap you couldn't let your dog in. It was not like this 3 months ago when we came through. Big disappointment.

Jasmine, a night worker, has a very unfriendly temperament. I have an hour waiting for my money. Terrible service, I don't recommend this place at all.

Great store, terrible propane service. Waited 10 minutes, they came with wrong key. Waited 10 more minutes and gave up. Went up the road to get as needed for RV in very hot weather!

This store has the world worst manger! Fuel pump card readers never work,and when you go inside to pay for fuel no one is ever at fuel deck! Loves just lost a thousand dollars in me going somewhere else!

3 parking lots for cars/trucks. RV's are welcome. Parking and hook-ups for you. Subway and Godfather's Pizza. Large store with hot showers and laundry. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"

Jeremy has an attitude. No one in the store at 4:30am… I walk in and greet him good morning and he just walks past me. Then he watched me make my coffee and the machine filled it a lil too full, so I poured some in the drain and he shook his head back and forth at me. Then when he rang me up for the coffee there was no thank you, you’re welcome, come back…. Nothing. Dude needs another job not in customer service.

The store is nice. The shop is terrible which is most loves/speedco shops. Was told 1.5 hours to went back in at the 3 hr mark and was told one more hour. Here we are still sitting 6.5 hours later??

If I could give the Winona, TX a thousand star review I would. The staff is absolutley amazing! I was traveling through the area with a friend the day after Memorial day, when tornadoes began forming around us. We saw the Loves and stopped to get shelter. When we walked in, the staff was already in action. The manager was a true commander in chief, instructing staff on getting customers into the cooler for safety. They didn't stop there. They brought us blankets and coats to keep us warm. They continued to monitor the storms, keeping us informed every step of the way. I will be forever grateful for the staffs diligence and amazing act of kindness they gave to us, their customers.

Beware of this loves and its practices. Fixed a fan belt and 30 miles later the fan belt broke again and now they are saying it's not there problem after they are the the ones who fixed it.

Love's is our favorite travel stop. We have dogs so the Texas exit 575 about an hour from the Louisiana is the best! Their dog walk park is clean, they have water for the dogs and it's positioned for safety when unloading the dogs. Not all dog parks are positioned this well. If you are looking for clean bathrooms and a great dog walk - this is your stop!
