“THANK YOU AARON!!! WE called after we had a tire blow out on our work trip from Austin to Denver. We had roadside assist with a donut. We couldn't make it super far or fast and stopped off in Winters. When we called ahead Aaron asked how long it would take us to arrive because he may take a quick lunch. We said 10 minutes, but go eat and we could wait !! He didn't go eat. Aaron waited for us..maybe he could hear the panic in our voice.. Anyways he pulled us in got the rim off the blown tire and got us back on the road in maybe 15- 20 minutes. Bubs must have been hungry. His kindness and humor in such a bad situation and hot day was ever appreciated and will never be forgotten. Please bring him all the snacks. Our hero ! He warned us about our tire sensor and made us feel very safe and secure and truly this was the quickest most cost effective informative shop I've ever been too. Thank you for helping us and treating us with the ability to understand what happened and how to go about our next steps. We also needed some information for the rental car shop and he texted us details / receipt before we DROVE OFF. . Just absolutely outstanding. You melted so much stress and anxiety away with your skill and quick action!
