This place was a lifesaver! We were pulling a 5th wheel when we got two flat tires 5 miles outside of town. I called and they said they were closed. I told him what was going on and he said no problem we will get someone out there to you. They wasted no time to come our way and take care of us. We were so appreciated of the for the service provided. THANK YOU!

We received amazing service from this establishment! A tire blew out on my van on the highway between Ballinger and Winter, TX. I called the Ballinger store first for a tow and they said on the phone that they probably wouldn't have a tire in stock to fit my vehicle (saving me time!), but they could tow me to this shop in Winter where they did have one in stock. They sent a tow truck, towed us over 11 miles to Winter, and replaced the tire. They had us back on the road in less than 2 hours from the first phone call! I was traveling alone with 2 kids, so I am beyond grateful for the speedy and courteous service!! Special thanks to Rudy for being so kind in the office while I was entertaining my kids!

Many thanks to Rudy, and the crew from Winters auto tech & tire Services, on the 7th of April we experienced the catastrophic failure of our passenger rear tire and wheel, as they separated themselves from our vehicle while towing our 37’ travel trailer. With the help of state trooper Wallace, we were directed to a tow/shop, the response was nothing short of a miracle. We were picked up within an hour by a crew of 3 of the guys, Rudy included. And promptly picked up by a rollback tow truck, and the mechanics own truck, to tow both our truck and trailer to their shop, a distance of 10 miles. Although there was some difficulty getting all the required parts, the repair was fully completed the next business day, Monday 8th of April. I can’t express enough gratitude for the way we were treated, both by the state trooper, and by the entire crew at Winters auto tech.

Yes, we called after hours to help with a flat. $225.00 later we just got air that didn’t hold. Don’t call after hours! We ended up having to buy a new tire. Will never use them again!
