“I’ve been using TRAILSTAR for 15+ years, always with stellar service. I recently called about a tire warranty and they sent me out a replacement that day. FedEx lost the tire and when I called TRAILSTAR they immediately sent out another tire and told me they’d deal with FedEx. That was my first warranty claim in the 15 years. People too often overload their trailers and that causes most of their tire issues. Tires can only handle so much weight and abuse. I’ve always had a good experience and will continue to do business with them.”
