“My wife and I both have the monthly auto charge for our vehicles. It's awesome being able to drive up and the gate opens and we drive right up to the wash. When you can come as often as you want it doesn't matter if it missed a little. The vacuums are great as well. The customer service is always top notch. Probably the best investment we've made. Especially in this dirt town!”
“Frankie has excellent customer service skills! My window leaks when I get a wash (lol) I asked him for a towel and he assured me they would help at the queue. May be a little short staffed (no problem) he quickly realized I wouldn’t receive a towel and ran over and handed me one! My man, that’s the attitude and willingness that will take you places! Can’t brag enough thank you frankie and crew that came to work! Certainly made my day! The importance of showing up cannot be overstated! Will use this place from now on just from this experience!”

“For having a new truck it sure is hard to find a good touch less car wash till I found this place! Everything about it is amazing on top of the drying time it goes over about 5-6 times which I like and most places vacuums aren't as strong but here they're amazing as well! Also super affordable.”
“We have been using mighty wash for a few months now and have been satisfied. However, today was an exception. The young man who performed the pre-wash upon entry on Monday at 1:20 pm truly impressed us. I have never seen anyone do such a thorough and attentive pre-wash before.”
“The staff is very courteous and takes time to scrub the bugs from the front of the vehicle. The car wash does an excellent job and then the staff drying the vehicle at the end, ensures the vehicle is dry. The vacuum bays are nice. The suction on the vacuums are powerful to clean carpets really good and the air helps to get in between the bucks and cranny’s of the car.”

“What a great place to wash your car. A lot to be said about doing the work yourself. No scratches this way. It was a clean place and. 20 minutes to get it clean was plenty of time. We even did the engine. The hose has plenty of soap and clean water after. Then we vacuumed which worked lol. So many places don't. This one again gave us lots of time on that part. So good we will be back. ! Thank you for a well kept up place.”

“So I went through the wash with my baby (Betty is her name…my vehicle, not a real baby) and she came out still grimey on both sides. I went in to the office to ask where the tire person was and the owner himself said he’d come take care of me. While out there I pointed out the remaining grime and he happily offered to run me back through and scrub it up to make sure. Betty came through looking much better. They redid my tires as well and my girl was shiney!Kudos to Geronimo and Alex over there!!!! I’m a very happy customer.”

“Came back to do a quick car wash for my car noticed that they are repairing the roof today. It seems maybe they are updating this business which it really needs it if it wants to be able to compete with all the other car wash companies like Dirty Dog which are popping all over Florida. If you use a credit card it will hold $10 on your card for 24 hours. I would suggest cash they have change machines that are working. It seems like a safe area and at night is nice a bright lots of lights.”
“A few weeks ago I wrote a bad review. I have sense deleted that and am writing an updated review. I didn't have a $1 or a $5 so couldn't use the change machine as all I had was a $20. I used my debit card and was charged $30. I was livid and I also did not get a good wash so therein is the reason for the bad review. By the next day the charge was adjusted to $7, which was acceptable and I removed the review. I decided to give the wash another try so used the wash as well as the vacuum a few days later. I have a black car so the car wash has to be good in order to make it look good. I have to say I got the best car wash I have gotten in many years. There was no scum, residue, dirt left on the car. It was washed very well. I didn't use the vacuum the last time but did the next time. Beyond a doubt, that was the best vacuum I've ever used at a car wash. I will go back to use this car wash again. My only complaints are the brush is a little too much soap. It works well but takes awhile to remove all the excessive soap and charging $30 when a debit/credit card is used, even though it's refunded, I don't think that's a good thing to do. I won't hesitate to give a bad review if I feel it is justified but I also won't hesitate to give a good review. This is the first time I've given a bad review then gone back and given a good review. In my opinion, this is one of the best self serve car washes in Lubbock.”

“I love coming to this place for a couple of reasons. Number one, you can use a card at every bay. Number two, it limits how long you can wash with your card before swiping again, which prevents you from getting a huge charge on your card if you forget to turn it off. Plus the triple coat is great and my vehicles stay shiny even after a rain because the water just rolls right off.”
