“Great customer service. Preston helps in asking if we need additional towels or spray to clean our vehicles spotless. Such a great membership and well worth it.”
“I wanted to give a shout out to Paul at the 114th street location, his customer service is exceptional. He made me feel like a valued customer and addressed my issues with my tires and wheels. Due to his attentiveness, and attention to detail, I will be resuming my membership. We need more people like Paul at every location!”
“I drove through the car wash and vacuumed my car. A friendly representative approached me and offered me some scented tabs for my car and asked if he could help me in any way.”
“These boy are kicking butt!! The parking lot looked amazing, vacuums were perfect. Definitely will recommend to others. Thank you number 10 for such an amazing experience.”
“These guys have it down. Fast and efficient. Unlike other locations I find this is the fast and most reliable (have yet to see them down for maintenance related issues). A few of them (wish I knew the names) take real pride in what they do and that alone with bring me back.”
“Everyone was extremely nice, helpful and professional. although there were only 2 other vehicles there I waited almost an hour before they started in my vehicle. They did not check or comment on my air filters or wipers ?”
“Came through today and even though this location was super busy, every employee I saw greeted me with a smile and a wave!!! Not only does my truck look nice but they brightened my day!”

“Amazing service!
We just finished cleaning our car, and went to push the 'stop' button and it wasn't working. Luckily one of the operators was inside and ran to shut off the bay to repair the button. He was super kind and was able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally!
We will definitely be coming back!”
“I LOVE Grime Scene! They are always so friendly and attentive! They remember me, my cars, and do a fabulous job. Maria the ticket girl is so happy to greet me. Phil is a manager and works just as hard as his whole crew. I have a husky and my car always has fur, but they clean it so well that I well only come here for my car cleaning needs! Best car wash in Lubbock! Hands down!”

“I usually use another well known car wash here in Lubbock but they were closed this morning. But Mister was open and the guy working was so helpful and kind. The wash was great and the vacuums were so powerful! (Unlike my usual car wash place) loved everything about it! And it’s not as expensive!”
“This is by far the best car wash! Today, we were greeted by a polite young man named Zack, which was very nice to see! He took great care of us during our wash.
Great job guys????”
“Pulled up and greeted by Mark, talked me through the different options and what the different prices got me and how it would impact the car and wash. He really knew his stuff and was a pleasure to talk to and about doing it old school like I normally do. Mark made me a customer of Mighty Wash any time I’m in town now!”

“Great value, well maintained. When they had the wash all you want for $4 deal, I was there 25 minutes taking my time. Now I can wash and dry my car in less than 15 minutes using 2 of the 4-minute $1.50 cycles. Still the best deal for a car wash.”
“I recently visited Take 5 car wash and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring that my car was spotless in no time. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get their car cleaned to perfection!”
“I have been going to the car wash for over 5 years. I had a minor issue with my car and they were able to assist me. They are accountable to their customers and provide excellent customer service. Tyson was a great help and the young lady which I did not get her name helped us.”

“Our home membership for Mister Car Wash is in Utah. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Mister Car Wash in Lubbock Texas. It was even better that they honored our membership out of state. This is our favorite car wash and we love to see they’re expanding their locations nationwide.”

“Needed to get a last-minute detail and Mr. HCL came right in time. Same day service. Great job. Was trying to get a smell out of the truck as well as get the vinyl clean just so it doesn't fall off. There's a couple of Timbers that I was taking off myself just because I'm getting a new wrap eventually but it looks really good. Thank you so much for your on-time response. Great customer service and the local lubbock community”
“I got every day to university or Milwaukee locations - sometimes they do a good job on prep sometimes they could care less and I get a spray - but today there was a Hispanic guy at the university location- no head phones and we went to work he scrub every part of my car in the time it takes the other guys to throw a little water on my windshield and send me through the drive.. Who ever he is give him a raise or he’ll put him in charge”
“Posting on behalf of my Dad because he doesn't know how to give reviews haha. "When you see it, you have to share! I don’t have much experience with a mobile detail service. I was in need of one urgently and boy did Nick respond. It you ever need one, call this guy first at Mr. Magic. Prices are reasonable, impeccable customer service…and they did a wonderful job. Very nice guy!!!! I get nothing in return for this and he didn’t ask…totally unsolicited."”
“Thank you to Bill Freeman he’s the manager at red dirt from the moment I walked in he gave me great respect and attention made me feel at home. I was blessed to make a purchase today. I just want to say thank you to red dirt for having a special worker that cares truly about the riders out in Lubbock. Thank you again bill for all your hard work. If you see this you’re the man!!! awesome bikes, awesome knowledge thank you for having attention to your customers. An awesome service.”
“Very friendly and fast service the car wash did wonderful got my tires all shined up nice and pretty then going there for 2 months now don't have to wait long at all totally worth it ?”
“So great!!!
I had so much writing on my car and they took the extra time to get it all off. Also the guy that towel dried it was super nice and wiped all the water off. So happy with my experience!!”

“Good place to hand wash your car or take it through the car wash. They even have a heated dryer if you choose to hand wash, which is neat. Price is fair but can be pricey if you don’t rush the hand wash. Seems to be a very clean establishment.”

“I love coming to this place for a couple of reasons. Number one, you can use a card at every bay. Number two, it limits how long you can wash with your card before swiping again, which prevents you from getting a huge charge on your card if you forget to turn it off. Plus the triple coat is great and my vehicles stay shiny even after a rain because the water just rolls right off.”

“Stopped by after a long drive because my truck was covered in bugs and dust. The wash did a solid job, and I appreciated having the vacuums available afterward to clean up the inside. The staff was friendly, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free.”
