“Majority of dollar stores reflect a frat house the morning after a rager. This particular Dollar Tree had isles that were clear, and a large selection of randomness. There was no need to stretch in preparation of running hurdles around the clutter, which is more than I can say for other locations.”

“First & foremost , this is my favorite Dollar General. There is a D.G. 5 miles from my house in Ropesville TX , another D.G. in Wolfforth TX , At approximately 19 miles , but I've had so , so , so many issues at those 2 locations that I go to the D.G. at 66th & Frankford. I have had some issues here with prices marked being listed below what I was charged , but all Dollar Generals have or have had this issue. However at this location it's always been handled correctly. The people there are great , especially a young lady , I wish I could remember her name...”

“The two employees working tonight 11/20 on the night shift are two of the friendliest and hard working people I have encountered. I have worked retail and worked grocery and to maintain such a positive attitude and remember conversations we had months ago is nothing short of impressive. “The staff that work here are all nice & polite, but Juan is the best. I don’t care what day or time I go in there, he is always there. Juan is always pleasant, cordial, helpful, and NEVER shows any frustration or impatience. Saturday, Dec 18th, he was working the register and handling the issues with the self checkout station as the line grew. He was very patient, never got frustrated, and polite to all. I can’t say my frustration would not have been showing. You can’t beat the staff at this Dollar General.”

Because while I was shopping there,there was a guy looking very hyper and suspicious ?? and it turned out that he walked out with some merchandise right in front of us customers and the manager this day LOL and she didn't do a darn thing about it! “Usually have wat I need in stock only thing negative is they card me for cigarettes I get it.its there job but if u buy almost every other day n all of a sudden one day u forgot ur I'd or misplaced it go buy cigarettes n they wouldn't sell me any n that's cause they already know me smh”
“They do not respect the offer prices, they say one price and at the collection box it says another more expensive one, they do not update prices or they do not give you the offers as they are.”

“I don’t know who the older white haired lady is that works there, I wish I would have gotten her name. She had one of the most disgusting customers I have ever seen in public and although was being cussed at, and degraded she handled that person like a boss. She also had a line building up because this customer was so ridiculous. More than anything I wish she could have refused her service but she continued on doing her job and didn’t let this ‘woman’ get the best of her. She definitely needs commended for this!!! To make matters worse whenever I was driving out of the parking lot that same lady was parked in a handicap parking spot without plates or a rear view sign for such parking smh.”

“I’m only giving a 5 star because of the gentleman running the register today. 12/23/25. I went in about 5 pm. He was super nice, very friendly and had a professional nature about him. I’m pretty sure he was not the manager.
This store is Always messy, boxes are always in the way. Shelves are not neat at all. Ever. Seldom anyone at the register at times, unless you are lucky.
This guy needs to get a raise for his friendly and helpful nature. I failed to get his name.”
