We moved to El Paso and our sons were in Lubbock for a visit when the Lincoln broke down. A friend said to have it towed to Frenship Automotive. So glad we did! A transmission cable broke and they diagnosed it within a couple of hours. They also fixed a evap problem that was causing performance issues. Runs better than it has in a long time! Back to the smooth ride and powerful engine. Great shop and didn't cost a fortune! The staff was very attentive and got it back quickly.

Highly impressed with Friendship Automotive! The staff were very friendly and they were able to get my pickup fixed the same day. I really appreciated their quick service and professionalism. It’s rare to find such reliable and efficient service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs!

The BEST car repair shop around!
I called to schedule service and they were a week out (I always know how busy they stay- because they’re that good). A friend talked me into taking my car to another shop that could get to it sooner but they couldn’t figure out the problem so took it on to Lloyd at Frenship who is the best troubleshooter and always figures things out and fixes them right and for a more than fair price.
I don’t believe there is a more honest, skilled shop in our area. I won’t hesitate or take my cars anywhere else ever again.

I can't say enough good things about this place. This is where you want and need to have your vehicle repaired. The technician on my truck knew his stuff. Even showed me all the problems it had. And the front desk staff are beyond helpful and friendly. 10 star rating for sure.

Wow this place is a wonderful place to have any of your service needs. Kevin worked on my vehicle and as far as I'm concerned, he's the mechanic's mechanic. Kevin's work was meticulous and performed his job with perfection I've never seen before in a auto shop. Pricing was fair and the work was done quickly. This is where my auto needs will be done from this point forward.

Got a flat outside and conveniently they were close. I went inside and one guy was on the phone with customer and the other younger girl was on a personal call and ignored me. Then she got up to talk to her co worker and ignored me like I wasn’t there. So I left. Luckily a nice pedestrian stopped and helped me change the tire.
