Over-priced for donated items.

Left my wallet in the fitting room and a bank envelope with money I had in it was taken. I tell one of the employees and the manager comes out. I wait 10 minutes and she comes out with the envelope and I open it and there’s money missing. She said apparently “it was found down one of the aisles”. Hope who ever “found it” (STOLE IT) needed that money more than I did.

Prices are HIGH. I found some nice items but they have jacked the prices up on brand name items

I was repeatedly ignored while I was waiting to check out by two different tellers and they left as soon as it was my turn to check out. Horrible service!!!

This review is on the indecency of the goodwill corporation not permitting human needs such as to be able to drink water on the work floor. I find this indiscrepancy to be nothing of goodwill and see it as inhumane on all levels. Shame on them

Everything is consistently overpriced, quality of items has gone down, and no one at the register. This place used to be the best goodwill in Lubbock, and is now consistently the most disappointing in the area.

Wow has this Goodwill gone up in prices recently! $9.99 for a beat up old t-shirt just because it says Texas tech on it? $15 for an old jacket? I was in shock at some of the prices. At this point you can buy some of the things NEW for the same price!

Will never go to this goodwill ever again!!!!!! I bought three DVD's. and one was messed up. The girl said if any of these are messed up you can exchange them. I brought one back that was totally defective and they
would not exchange it!! I buy these for my 92 year old mother. I can't afford to waste money.
She loves to watch movies.Shame on you guys. I am a senior myself and I can't afford to waste money!! So I walked out with nothing. My mom was so disappointed 😞

They sold me a musical keyboard for a version of the video game called "Rock Band" and the musical keyboard had a white box that it came to us in and I thought it was an actual musical keyboard
But it was not. Just an accessory for a video game.

Always find good things here I know inflation is affecting everything but some of the prices for the GW stores are not economically sustainable

This is the best Goodwill in the Lubbock area. The locations in town are always way too busy. This location is always comparably low-key and I never feel like it's a competition with other shoppers to beat them to the best deal. About half of the store is clothing and the rest is home goods, books, toys, decorations, furniture, and such. I usually drop my donations off around back then pop into the store to look around. I rarely leave without something. My biggest gripe now for all such second-hand and thrift stores is that the prices have become somewhat outrageous. I should be paying much less for used clothing than I do for new. That gap has closed enough to make me think a little harder before buying things here.

Who is pricing your items?! You need to really check who is pricing stuff, no way donated dresses are $30-$40.
