“I’ve been having my oil changed with “Take 5” since 2021, and from 2021-2024 I didn’t have an issue stacking my military discount on a $15, $20 or $25 dollar discount. But lately as since 2025 I have been getting employee confrontation with my discounts. I’m being told that I can use one but not both. In order to receive both I’m having to physically show them the last ticket and that I got both.
Please let me know when I can’t continue to use both discounts and I will take my business to any of the many other companies. I answered your question with using both discounts”
“My experience here was kind of a shock. Oil change 98 dollars, got a 25% discount. Couldn't be happier. I liked the place. They are quick and efficient and good people. Oil change was pricey because of the car I have and the oil it requires. I can't complain. I love my car.”

I will recommend them to anyone looking for any service, as they are all so knowledgeable as well as going the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is in the best shape possible.
I appreciate them for always taking great care of my vehicle and also constantly checking to make sure I am taken care of every step of each service.

Gave me a call and shared issue/price beforehand. They knocked it out, and I had my car back by the end of the day. The issue was resolved. Great guys. They’ll be my new go to any time.”

“I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Kaitlyn! She did an amazing job getting my car repaired quickly while keeping me informed every step of the way. She took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated.
Every time I call the shop, she's the one who answers the phone, and she's always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I honestly don't know how she manages to juggle everything she does, but she is exceptional at her job.
