Im sure I got lucky,.... and I know these people did me a big solid service on very little notice and I am beyond Greatful ,.. I did call around and no other service was going to help,. not the City,. not 4 other tree service companies that I called,... They know their stuff period ! Good people and very reasonable,.. and My parrot ABE appreciates them as well !

Tomcat has really helped us out when we needed it, and at a reasonable, fair price. They helped us remove one VERY large tree on the property line with our neighbor, and then came back a few weeks later to take care of some branches over hanging our roof from other trees. They do great work and communicate well, too. Would use again!

Rip off job of tree trimming. Took four hours to barley trim a huge pear tree and they still didn’t trim what it needed. Price was way too high for job. Will never use this company again.

They came out to cut down a partially dead tree that was not in a very good spot. They got busy taking it down and was done with everything, including cleanup. Great folks and hard workers. Thank you so very much. If you need a tree or trees taken care of, you can definitely trust Tomcats!!!!!

AMAZING company. I live in Odessa Texas and the wait for tree removal here was forever. I called Tomcat's on the advice of a friend and couldn't be happier. They sent a crew all the way here. They removed a huge pecan tree and defruited my other big tree. There was no mess left behind and they even removed the stump. Great job guys. I highly recommend this company and we'll definitely be calling next season to have my tree defruited.Services: Tree stump removal

First of all in their advertising it stated they were accredited by the better business bureau. They can e to my friends house who is an older disabled woman and gave her a quote if $625 to prune and trim 2 trees. They explained the technique they would use, which they did not do, and stated they were certified arborists. The lady, ******* north ******, whom gave the quote, stated that if my friend paid cash she would get a discounted rate of $575. So my friend agreed to hire them. They came the next day and spent maybe 4( minutes and once they got the cash in hand, they left without even notifying anyone that they were done. My friend later tried to contact her and she refused to return texts or calls. I then texted her after inspecting the poor job they did and requested her to return back to correctly do the job. She responded and gave me a date and time in which they no showed.. these people looked for quick cash and someone vulnerable to target. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They are crooks with bad morals, ethics and vbusinress practice.

This company did a FANTASTIC job trimming our trees. They were on time, worked hard, made our trees look great, cleaned up every branch and leaf, and very affordable. You CAN NOT go wrong having them trim your overgrown trees.Service: Tree trimming & pruning

Typically, you have to sacrifice one of three things: quality, cost, or service. With Tomcat, that is certainly not the case. They arrived on time, communicated very well, and did an outstanding job clearing the lot for a new build. I highly recommend Melissa and her team! Hands down, one of the best contractors we have worked with. They even went as far as to preserve a few birds nests that were in the trees and delivered them to a bird center to continue their growth. Tomcat's Tree Trimming finished work on our property yesterday, and I could not be more thrilled with the results!When I was looking for a tree trimming service in Lubbock, I first reached out to another company. They told me they do "drive-by estimates" and that I had to pay a $75/hr estimate charge if I wanted to talk to someone about my tress. When I asked how they would see my backyard to give me a thorough estimate if they drove by, I was told they sometimes "stand on their trucks to take a peek." Clearly, this other company did not have my best interests in mind.I am so glad it happened, though, because I found Tomcat. They have been excellent. They came out, met with us, walked our property, explained everything they saw, and gave us their recommendations.They did what I wanted from the beginning. They took the time to educate me about all the trees on my property, how to properly care for them, and how to ensure they would last a long time.I then received their estimate for the work. We have many trees, and their estimate for a solid couple of work days was reasonable.We were able to get on their schedule quickly. They came out and did a fantastic job. During the job, they communicated with us and asked us to check the work to ensure we were happy. They even sent out the original person we met with to ensure that the job was being done correctly, as we had talked about.Once completed, they did a great job cleaning up. They cut the big branches down for us to have some firewood and stacked it. They cleaned up every little branch and used a leaf blower to ensure everything was pristine. They indeed left everything better than they found it.We are excited and grateful to have a partner on our side that we can call about our tree health and know that, unlike other Lubbock tree trimming companies, they have our best interest in mind.Thank you, guys, so much, and we look forward to having you back out to finish up the rest of our property soon!Service: Tree trimming & pruning

They're not at the top of the list when you run a google search, because to be first on a google search a company essentially pays for that privilege. That means being the first in a search doesn't equal the best. This organization is top notch in what they do, from customer service to what they specialize in. They're prompt at responding, they're attentive to what customers want, and they're skilled and knowledgeable. I am very impressed with this company and their service. They had a tricky issue with a huge overgrown tree limb. Obviously knew what they were doing. Two roofs could have easily been damaged but neither was touched. The price was very reasonable. The guys were super polite and competent. I highly recommend them and will call them again. These guys were a HUGE help to my family at my Grandaddy's house. Elm trees have covered that acre property for better than 40 years and had become dangerou, ugly, and a flat out mess. It's so weird being able to see his house now when passing by driving down the street. I highly recommend and will most DEFINITELY be calling for their services in the future.
