“The Woodville Tx branch has very friendly people working there. I've done business with them a few times over the past few years and have an Account with them now whitch one of the Young Ladies helped me work on and create my online banking. Since I had issues with there online banking in the past, she offered to set it up for me. After explaining how Case Sensitive the answers were she made a suggestion and got me set up. I've had Zero problems this time. I've also worked at Brookshire Brothers there were they are located in and the Ladies are Always friendly and always helpful to customers with Business or simply having Bank related questions. I use 4 stars for me is highest I'll go, since any place or person can always use improvement in some way or form. So if you wish to do Banking with Education First Federal Credit Union, I know for a fact Woodville at least has some Courteous people working there and very helpful.... God Bless”

“I have nothing but positive experiences with the Citizens State Bank @ Woodville, TX, every time I came - lobby or drive-through.
There was one time I had to close one of the accounts by using drive-through, one of the ladies asked me several questions, which I was glad because she did her job to protect the customers’ money, making sure I was indeed the owner.
