This is a good place for a quick stop between Beaumont and Nacogdoches. Employees always seem willing to help although they appear to perhaps be understaffed. Major complaint is the urinals in the men's bathroom (or the floor drain under them) ALWAYS smell like a sewer. I don't have any issue with the cleanliness, just the smell. And you know it takes a lot for someone to think the men's room smells awful. Wife and daughter say the women's bathroom is always fine.

I have to say that a lady on 2/7/2025 named Bea/ Billy that ran the Shell Station really went above and beyond to help us as customers. She saw we had trouble getting ice and explained that she was running the store alone and hadn't had a chance to fill the ice machine because it was really busy. She then got us ice when she could have ignored us like most young people today do. It is just nice to see that customer service acutally still matters to some.

Rang me up, then left the register to fill a door dash order. I was in a hurry and the tenant was worried about filling a door dash order first. What has happened to customer service?!

The sign that has the gas prices has been out for well over a month, hardly any of the card taps on the pumps work,"if any". The parking lot is filthy and doesn't look like anyone picks up trash. I love my Shell Stations and use them to fuel up my personal vehicles as well as my companies transport vehicles. It's just sad to see them let this place fall apart.

Very nice store. The bathrooms were clean and looked taken care of. Large enough if towing to pull in and road on Magnolia St. has a middle lane for turning to help traffic. We did not eat at the Whatburger connected to store so I can not comment about it.
Overall enjoyed experience.

Decent selection, friendly staff, rude management (often described as a nightmare by employees and customers alike), and overpriced because they think they are a truck stop.

It’s a nice little place for truck drivers as well, they do have truck parking and fuel. And Whataburger next to the shell gastation.

What's the point of having a phone, when you do not answer it. Or what's the point of having only certain employees excepting ebt... and you're way over priced.
