Walmart has seemingly put more people on the floor in its grocery section so there is always someone to help. This visit we went up and down the aisles several times and unsolicited someone asked if we needed help finding something. They knew exactly where it was. The people at this store are the nicest we’ve experienced at ANY Walmart over the years and we have lived in 4 states!

I had a return to make and there wasn't anyone around. After several minutes someone finally arrived and I was able to do my return. While waiting I saw something I could use so, I grabbed it and went to self checkout. I was only passing through town so I decided to get $20 cash back. I did not expect to receive a $20 bill. There are locations that give you combinations of $1 bills mixed in with $5 bills or even a $10. I asked the attendant at self checkout where I could get change for $20. He told me customer service so I went back to customer service and waited in line. I eventually was acknowledged and after requesting change was told they could not do it. Now after about 20 minutes in the store and needing to leave, I figured I would ask anyone for change. That's when I spotted a group of employees standing behind me. I asked if they could make change and the three said no. I explained that I had been directed to customer service by the self checkout attendant and after a few additional minutes I was told customer service would make the change I initially asked for. I thanked the group, walked back to the service desk and finally got the change I was needing. Long story short, don't get cash back expecting to be able to get change. Only registers with people ringing you up can make change for you. I do know one thing, things take a whole lot longer to accomplish the further you travel away from home.

The workers really are ready to help you find what you need, help me get things off a high shelf for me. They are great. I enjoy shopping at Walmart.
