Always check your prescription here & count them before you walk away. They will not give you the full amount, & then say their count is right when you call to tell them even though there is no way it can be. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Totally incompetent.

I have encountered a very rude female employee several times in the drive thru and called to speak to manager regarding her rudeness. They don’t wait to make sure you are done talking and you have to press help button again and again so you can finish. I even had her argue with me one day. The customer service is seriously lacking.

I honestly Love shopping at HEB but when it comes to the Pharmecy I hate the service they provide, they take forever to serve customers lines are always long either inside or drive thru. Walgreens can have my medicine ready in couple of hours. HEB take 1 to 2 days

They make mistakes and never stop to say “Sorry”. The two Times I have been at this pharmacy, they’ve made an error, which is only human, and not had the decency to stop and look in the eye and say hey I’m sorry we messed up. I moved to Circle Drug, A few months ago, decided to come back and try HEB one more time.
Done now… they just don’t care

Terribly slow drive thru. Three drive thru lanes and servicing one lane at a time.
The lack of suitable alternatives in this part of town is the only thing that brings me back!

As a 8 year customer and a 3 year experienced pharm tech elsewhere, this locations customer service is ???????? drive thru is rude. Young workers with no respect. What a joke. Groceries may be good, but not the pharmacy

Instacart shoppers are not stealing Covid tests. What’s going to happen if I take the test to the main checkout? Nothing. Yall are pathetic. I am not a thief and am trying to make a living. YALL CAN MAKE ACCEPTIONS
Also - you haven’t seen it be an issue because most shoppers are just going to refund it when they see the shelf empty. There isn’t a sign posted saying they’re behind the counter now. I am good at my job and make sure it’s actually unavailable.

Every time they have to call my doctor to get a prescription refilled the prescription takes days and when I called them they tell me they're still waiting for the doctor but when I called the doctor's office the doctor's office tells me they never got a request for a refill.. this happens every time without fail! Two of my prescriptions are for my heart you would think it would be priority but they don't care they just want you to do their job for them like calling the doctor for refill when they're supposed to. I hate this Pharmacy it's awful! When they finally do get my prescription filled then I have to wait in line forever just to pick it up.?

Horribly slow, regardless how many people are in line.Update, waiting an hour in the drive through, they failed to return my credit card. When I asked, the cashier told me to "check my wallet". It was not returned with the prescription. What appeared to be a supervisor came to the drive through, said he would come outside to look around my vehicle.
