Horribly slow, regardless how many people are in line.Update, waiting an hour in the drive through, they failed to return my credit card. When I asked, the cashier told me to "check my wallet". It was not returned with the prescription. What appeared to be a supervisor came to the drive through, said he would come outside to look around my vehicle. My wife and I have received consistent poor customer service from this location. It does not matter the time of day, drive through, or in store, I can count on a lengthy wait in line to obtain my prescriptions. Not only that, if they choose not to refill a prescription for any reason, they fail to call and notify that the prescription will not be filled, leaving me to believe it will be refilled as requested with no such results.

Do better. 1 hour and still waiting in the drive through line to pick up a prescription that was dropped off mid day. Will not be using this pharmacy ever again.

Whoever the girl was at the drive thru at 10 was rude for absolutely no reason. How was i supposed to know the system was down my bad? I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but that was just unnecessary.

Very sad to see that H-E-B does not pay attention to these reviews. It is hard to stand 11 deep in a line and watch the pharmacy staff saunter around in the back. I love HEB, but you’re better served to pick a pharmacy where the staff wants to serve the customers.

The Pharmacy is such a mixed bag. They are typically accurate in the prescriptions (which I cannot say about other pharmacies in town), but their pharmacy staff are the SLOWEST in town and they do not seem to care about this. I have waited well over 90 minutes in the drive though before. And inside isn't much better. 20 people in line and 2 of the workers abruptly decide to goof off and no longer wait on customers, meaning 1 person is now waiting on everyone. So, unsurprisingly, it now takes 30-45 minutes to get a Rx.

RUN!!! Use any other pharmacy if you can. This place is a joke. No one knows what they are doing. They are rude, condescending, and even mean. I have a serious medical issue and I almost went without necessary medication due to their incompetence.

Not answering phone, have three pharmacy lanes only one open, time and time again. Have lane specifically for prepay but never open. Setting in line waiting for 30 minutes or longer. Line back to street. Would go inside but always a line there also. Have a couple of very unfriendly staff.

ridiculously slow location every visit. not sure why the drive thru should ever take longer than 30 mins but here that's the usual AND they trap you in by blocking the 3rd lane with buggies so you can't even get out if you wanted to.
