Always a great shopping experience. We are not from TX and I can assure you that H.E.B is the best grocery store in the U.S.A.

Clean, organized, they have different foreign foods as well. Example:miniature jelly, hot dogs from Canada. They have kitchen supplies that you can’t get in other grocery stores.

Way overcrowded! I loathe coming to this store! No parking, crowded aisles, terrible shopping experience.

I'm not a fan of clothes shopping in my grocery store. If I want that, I'll go to Walmart.

I didn’t realize that when you buy sushi from HEB. They cut the shrimp in half and you pay full price. Save your money go an actually sushi restaurant in town. Got an Austin Roll and thought I got full tempura shrimp on each roll but found they cut it straight down the middle sperating each side of the shrimp. I was very disappointed.

Most stores run out of items prior to closing time. This store, does not! They always have what I'm looking for.Their employees, are kind and helpful. The floral department beats all the other HEB's, by a landslide. They have more flowers and plants to chose from.

During our last 3 visits, where we purchased a minimum of $150 of groceries, the bagger at our check out aisle has decided to leave once our groceries were being scanned. Which has left my wife and I, who also have a 6 month old with us, to pack our own bags. Is this a store policy I am experiencing? My favorite part is where, in a rush, I dropped a glass jar of baby food. It was unfortunate but more so aggravating how one of the employees doing nothing by your “customer service” area yelled “party foul”.
