I visited Lowerys flooring and needed an estimate for ceramic tile repair in my home. Camden assisted me in getting an estimate for the repair. After receiving the estimate we scheduled the replacement of damaged tiles and installed new ones. The installers were very professional and we’re happy with the results. Highly recommend Lowerys for any ceramic floor installation.

Needed specific mortar for a project. Was planning to go to Austin to get it. Called Lowrey's to see if they had it. Their price was $14 a unit cheaper than i was going to pay. I needed white mortar and I was told they had grey in stock but could order white. They said it would be there in 3 days. I asked them to order it. The rep asked if I could hold on while they double-checked the warehouse. They put me on hold and came back and said they were able to find some in the back and I wouldn't have to wait for the shipment. Very friendly, excellent price, great service.

We had a contractor put a floor in that tore up to the point of having to use duct tape within 6 months, took our money and ran. Jason came out, gave us a bid and we went with him. He did everything he said he would do, prepped it (other guy didn’t) and knew what was best for our situation. No ugly thresholds either! I can’t tell you how pleased we are, we would definitely use him again. Top notch honest guy! His installers were excellent too.

We had a contractor install vinyl planks that tore up within 6 months -we held it down with duct tape -while he took our money and ran. We called Jason and he came out, gave us a bid. We went with him because he seemed to know flooring and saw the problem immediately- the contractor didn't prep the floor at all. They did an awesome job, we couldn't be happier. We would use him again for sure! Top notch honest guy!
