“I've used them for easy safety inspections, but went to them yesterday because my car's engine light came on. Turns out the place I had taken my car to before didn't tighten the oil all the way, so I was slowly leaking oil. ?? They got me fixed up with new oil and the whole time I was in my car with my child. Excellent service and easy to talk with!”

“Was on a road trip, out of town. Truck said low tire on the Freeway and we were flying down 35. 30-20-15psi, we pulled off. Shot some air in it, but it had a big hole. I look to my right and bam, there is City Tire. We limped it over. With a shop full of cars, they got right on it. From drop off till back on 35 and completing our trip was 45 minutes. That's absolutely service!
Big plus, they had two of the sweetest old dogs laying around that loved head rubs!”
“Went in for a plug, there was a younger guy (seemed less experienced) while attempting to repair the tire he SCRATCHED the wheel. The more experienced tire tech noticed what he was doing and stopped him immediately. He then came over and explained what happens to me. I'll be honest, I was highly upset that this happened, but the fact they wasted no time in letting me know the situation is what will get my repeat business. Accidents do happen and for me it's the honesty and service that'll keep me coming back. Yes I do recommend this shop based off of honesty and fast service.”

“Marvelous professional and customer service! I had an emergency with my drained battery and they helped me fix the situation accommodating to my hectic schedule. Moreover, I had to go to them on the following week with a deinflated tire and the service I received was again outstanding. They thoroughly checked the car (which we just had bought for my daughter), and instead of pushing non-needed services, they showed their sincere honesty in highlighting the current state of my car (i.e., nothing else needed for the moment). They have become my family's go-to place for our car needs. Definitely recommended.”

“The staff at this auto care center provides superior customer service. On Saturday night when driving home from West Fest, we got a low pressure warning. Stopped at 6:35pm at another Walmart automotive to get it looked at. They found a piece of metal impaled in the tire and said tire needed to be replaced but did not have the tire in stock. Called this Walmart and they had the tire in stock. We hurried over and arrived 6:50pm, just 10 minutes before closing. Despite so close to closing, they agreed to replace the tire. After 30 or so minutes we were on our way and because we had warranty did not cost us a dime. Thank you for looking out for us and fixing it. We made it safely home.”
“The auto center is great ! Came here on a Sunday for low tire pressure monitor going off. They checked my tires to pin point which tire was slowly losing air. I love these workers ! They saved me ! They provided me with the most respectful and excellent customer service! Both the one at the register in the auto center and the mechanics too ! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!”
