“This is the only place I go. Because they are lickity split, and I’m in and out, no issues. The people there are friendly and kind. The ONLY issue I have is the upselling of extra products. That annoys me, but I also understand why it is done.”

“Absolutely, unequivocally, the best and most trustworthy shop in all of Waco! They are kind and professional and will do great work and only the work that needs to be done. They don’t try to sell you things that don’t need to be done like other shops. They have even done work on my mini cooper which is difficult to find. They go above and beyond as well. You can trust them 100% to do what they say they will do!”

“Went in for a plug, there was a younger guy (seemed less experienced) while attempting to repair the tire he SCRATCHED the wheel. The more experienced tire tech noticed what he was doing and stopped him immediately. He then came over and explained what happens to me. I'll be honest, I was highly upset that this happened, but the fact they wasted no time in letting me know the situation is what will get my repeat business. Accidents do happen and for me it's the honesty and service that'll keep me coming back. Yes I do recommend this shop based off of honesty and fast service.”

“I was in town for the weekend when my battery died out of nowhere. I had been out in terrible weather the whole day and was struggling. The guys here were so kind to me. I called a few minutes after they had closed but they let me come anyway (after I jumped my car) to get the battery. They put it in and truly were so pleasant, the mgr especially. (He was in a different shirt) I’m so thankful for all they did and really impressed. Can’t say it enough, thanks ya’ll.”
