Horrible customer two employees at the store no one offered to help both men stayed behind counter I approached counter to order paint and they continued to talk to each other without either acknowledging they were to busy complaining about there co workers and management I ordered two cans received no stir sticks no help at all it was like pulling teeth I will never be back to this location.

Great service and perfect match! Went there with a little piece of drywall to have them match the paint for minor touch ups and it came out perfect!

Brandon is the best most knowledgeable store manager west of the Mississippi! The only reason it’s not the earth is I haven’t been in a paint store east of the Mississippi. If he can’t help you he will let you know who can!??????I am third generation painting contractor with over 40 years of experience and because of Brandon, this Sherwin Williams has covered a good chunk of the earth.??????

Had quite a few things needed for a project. Roman was the representative that I dealt with. He was super patient and extremely helpful. Especially in answering all of my questions. During checkout he did not have a problem setting up our account and logging all paints for future reference. I highly recommend this store and Roman!

My husband and I brought in 2 5 gallon buckets and a 1 gallon can that had been sitting in our garage since we bought our house 4/20. The paint has been thru 2 summers and the hard freeze last winter so we brought it in to have it shaken and checked to see if it was still good.Brandon was super helpful! Luckily the paint was still good and we were able to use it to touch up some areas in and outside of our house.We have a few more buckets to have shaken and tested and will definitely bring it back to the Woodway store.....the paint was bought there by the remodelers in 2019.Brandon told us how to properly store the paint so we can keep it for future use.

Go to any other location but this one. Don't seem to care about individuals painting individual homes. Management is rude, doesn't care unless you're a big contractor and associates are not very knowledgeable. We spent forever deciding on the perfect color to match our cabinets and granite. Painted one room and a bathroom. Had a gallon of paint left over from a previous room less than a month ago. Went to get more and were told they were out of gallon cans. The guy sold us quarts. See pictures to see what the colors looked like. Apparently, it is hard tomatch gallons and quarts exactly. This is the first thing the lake air location told us when we called to see what they had. Called multiple locations and the nearest was in Georgetown. (This is what the Temple location toldme over the phone when i called to see what they had. He at least cares enough to try and help me out.) So this is something to know if you are using SW paint right now and are not a big contractor buying 5 gallon buckets.When i went in to get a refund for the quarts the assistant manager said that doesn't usually happen. Never once apologized and they even had 6 gallons in their store a day later that just appeared. I'm guessing the associates on Sat didn't want to look, unload or were holding it for a friend that didn't pick up. The assistant manager started typing stuff on the register. Asked another woman behind me how he could help her and then handed me a receipt when the refund was complete. Didn't apologize, ask how to make it right or even sincerely care that we have a trashed house and spent multiple days painting a room to have to go back and paint it with Behr bc SW didn't have any paint. i still have a trashed room until this weekend when we can go finish. Such a sour taste from this one location that i'm pretty sure we're gonna go to another brand.

The S/W's in Woodway is always helpful and knowledgeable...my favorite in Waco.THIS WAS MY FAVORITE PAINT STORE, but do NOT plan on returning despite fact l/my family have used SW paint since 1960's.I bought a qt. of oil-based enamel here and another place same morning, colors for existing projects. Both paint brands have reliable reputation and results per my observation and professional reviews. HOWEVER THE QT. AT SW WAS 2 TIMES AS EXPENSIVE AS THE OTHER NAME BRAND, which l have used several times in the past w/ good results. $32 v. $15 net.Money does not grow on trees!

This is a difficult time for all but the staff at Sherwin-Williams in Woodway continues to have great customer service. I was able to order over the phone, have Curbside delivery and receive helpful advice for tools/supplies I needed for my home projects.
