I love that I don't have to get out of my car and that it's a very easy situation. As a woman, I never felt pressured or upcharged and I love that there are women working there as well. Every time I go back they remember me and the oil that I prefer. It couldn't be easier.

Very rude staff. Manager was very aggressive and lacked customer service. Worst experience I have ever had at a take 5. Take 5 on Valley Mills is so much better. They are friendly and helpful. I would rather wait an hour to deal with Valley Mills than ever return to the one Hewitt Dr.
Update to my review: The day this incident occurred I called customer service and requested to speak with the owner of the store. A week later never heard back from anyone my brand new car is now making noise. Took it back to the dealership where I was informed the last place that did an oil change didn't put the skive piece back on and the flap has been dragging on the ground. Have called take 5 several times (in fact every day one week) and still have no response from corporate. Just called today to check on my claim and it hasn't even been processed.

I booked same day appointment online and was emailed a coupon😁. The guys were friendly and funny. They were fast and efficient. Price was very close to what I have paid in the past for same service. But this was by far the fastest and most pleasant experience I have had. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change!
