If you care about your vehicle- don't go here. After noticing oil spots on my driveway, I checked under the hood... just to find that my oil filter was so lose, Im surprised it didn't fall out. I called to asked why they hand tighten the filter, when I know otherwise. Their response was OH. WE'RE SORRY, SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO RETIGHTEN THAT AFTER THE OIL CHANGE. What?!!!! Are you kidding me?!!! WE'LL DISCOUNT YOUR NEXT OIL CHANGE. No need. I will NOT be back. Why TF would I NEED to redo the WORK, I PAID YOU to do??? Lesson learned. -100/10 Do NOT recommend!

I absolutely love the workers and Mathew is the BEST! The only issue is the last 2 times I've come by you don't carry a filter I need so I cant get the oil change. I have to buy my filter at O'Reilly and bring it with me.: (I will do it to be a customer though.Traci Lee Reynolds

It was pretty nice not even having to get out of the car!! They were fast, I replied to some work emails, they added air to my tires (winter problems) & topped off fluids, and I was on my way. Super pleased. Thank y’all for the service!!

I waited 45 minutes to get just a simple inspection, and there wasn’t a way to get out of line. But once they started the inspection, it was done quickly and professionally. There should have been a driveway to get out of line so I wouldn’t have to wait so long.

There was only a short wait the day we were there. We were greeted promptly, asked what services we needed and offered a bottle of water. We were talked through each step the technician took. Courteous, professional service.

Professional, courteous and good price. I had my Murano serviced at Nissan dealer and they put in double the oil so that's why I go to Take 5. They double check everything.

Awesome Customer Service. Met with a cold bottle of water. Very friendly and talk with you every step of the way. Double and triple check everything. Couldn't ask for more. Gary was great.

Terrible experience. First I waited behind a single car for 40 minutes. Afterwards, I finally got into the garage, began the oil change process and was told that they could not complete the oil change because the technician thought the cap was stripped out… said he couldn’t do it because of the liability, told me to go back the previous company that performed the last oil change. So, I went across the street to Valvoline, they took pains to demonstrate that all of the components were fine. I still don’t know exactly what to think but am very suspicious the take 5 rep lied to me to avoid doing the oil change. I won’t be returning.

My fist visit to this location was great. My second that occurred yesterday was disappointing to say the least. It took an hour from the time I arrived until I was done. And there was only one car ahead of me. There were 4 workers on duty, yet only one bay was operating. So two workers were mostly standing around doing nothing.My receipt said they had checked the tire pressure in all tires and cleaned the windshield. They had not. When I asked if they had done these things, the workers lied and said yes they had. I was in the vehicle the entire time. So I had the.Kim do this before leaving.If I’m paying for a full service oil change, I think it is reasonable to expect a much better experience.It should be noted that while I was waiting. Two other cars came in and then left within about 10 minutes. I assume this was because they saw the line would be moving very slowly.

Had my oil changed at Hewitt, TX location on Hewitt Drive on Nov. 13,2023. Arrived at the location at 7:30 am and was only car there. I cannot think of the young girls name that was working that morning, but she should get your employee of the year award! Whoever her coworker was supposed to be, did not show up. She handled all of the oil change like a champ, and our discussion was very professional on her part even though I knew she must have been frustrated. BECAUSE of HER, I will go back! When I left, there were 4 cars behind me that she had to handle by herself! Give her a bonus!??Service: Oil change

The staff are prompt and curious, and did a very good job in changing the oil, filling washer solution and pointing out other things that we needed. They honored the $20 discount I found online.Service: Oil change

I love this place… I started taking my cars there and have not found a place with such great customer service!! The staff are very professional and they give great discounts when price is an inconvenience. If understaffed the wait can be more than normal but they quickly get you in and out once they are under your hood! I do think that if they do not have equipment to open all of the caps and what they need to look at when doing an oil change, that they should give you some suggestions or recommendations on where to go..

Service was excellent! It was my first time using Take 5 here in Waco and I will be using y’all again. Hopefully I get the same guy he was awesome and great at building rapport with his customers. Definitely three of those stars are because of him.

Unprofessional and overpriced. Said they cleaned my windshield in the receipt when they didn't. I asked them to clean it after seeing that it was suppised to be part of the service they were supposed to give me. Who knows what else they didn't do. When cleaning my windshield Elijah damaged my windshield wipers and didn't even apologize to me. All the employees were just dancing around and blasting music. Go elsewhere for an oil change. Idk how this place has any good reviews
