The service is friendly and convenient, but it has been slow and expensive. When my mother and I dropped off a duvet comforter and cover last Friday afternoon, we were told they wouldn't be ready for pickup until Monday or Tuesday at the latest. We had to pay the full price of $51 upfront, about $20 of which is just for the cover. Our items were not ready yet as of early this afternoon (Tuesday). The hours and drive-up service are convenient, but I have been disappointed with the pricing and speed of service. Personally, I would generally avoid using this service, but my mother comes here every few months.

The dry cleaning service at The Laundry Room in Woodway is exceptional. I have trusted them with everything from business attire to special occasion garments, and they always deliver outstanding results. My clothes come back clean, crisp, and expertly pressed every single time.
The staff is professional, friendly, and pays close attention to special requests. Turnaround is fast and reliable, and I always feel confident dropping off even my most delicate items.

I have used this facility for many years and everything has always been great. Lately every time I go I make sure to say everything dry cleaned as well as it being written on the tag attached to my bag, when I get the clothes home and look at the receipts attached they always have some listed as laundry and some as dry clean. I have mentioned this before as I have a reason for only dry cleaning these items. It is getting very discouraging. They may be trying to save me money but as I said I have a reason for requesting dry clean and have explained this to them before. If I wanted laundry I would do it at home with everything else.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The staff is friendly, professional, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything comes back perfectly clean and pressed. My clothes always look brand new, and they handle delicate items with great care. Turnaround time is quick, and the quality is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend this place if you want your clothes in expert hands!

The Laundry Room in Woodway has caused so much damage to some of mine and my husband’s clothes, that I refuse to use this place ever again. We’ve picked up our items and have noticed holes in our pants, shirts that still smell, and now a ruined dress! If you value the items in your closet that are “dry clean only”, DO NOT bring them to this location. If I could give 1/2 a star I would cause they make up every excuse to cover their own mistakes.

The Laundry Room is a true gem! I've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. They do an amazing job with everything from delicate silks to my everyday clothes. My clothes always come back looking fresh, clean, and perfectly pressed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. I took my wedding dress to get dry cleaned and preserved. They had my dress for two months which is ok since they said it would take a while. However when called and asked last week if it was ready they said yes. My mom went to pick it up and it was dirty from the bottom and wasn’t ready. They said they would try again to remove the stains. I went to pick it up today due to not really trusting the clean anymore. When I got it it’s still very dirty from the bottom and unfortunately I am afraid they were just going to stick it in the box without letting me know how dirty it was.

I've been using this location's services for some time. I would have the occasional melted button, but overall service was decent. On 5/22/24 I dropped off my clothes and was assured they would be ready on 5/23/24.On 5/23/24 I received a call around 3:40pm stating that my clothes would be ready the next morning 5/24/24. I asked why, since my orders usually have a one day turn around. I was told that they put my clothes in the wrong location when I dropped off and as a result they were not able to be pressed. Mind you, they close at 7pm. I asked if this could be done in the 3 hours left in the day and was told "um no". I mentioned to them that this was not my fault and that they should be able to make up for their mistake by getting my clothes done on time. I was told, "I'm not saying it's your fault, but the people who press the clothes are are gone so it cannot be done." I stated that I wouldn't be paying for an incomplete service and asked that they bag the clothes per usual and I would iron them myself.Upon arriving to pick up my clothes I found that they crumpled up my clothes, placed them back in my drop off bag and dropped them on the floor next to the door. The least they could have done was to place my clothes on hangers. While I was not charged, I guess you get what you pay for with this establishment.Being that I am a long time customer and I didn't make a mistake you would think that this company would recognize their mistake and try their best to make things right. Laundry room must not agree that customer service is an important part of their business model.
