Do not buy a Delta faucet from this company! Or maybe from any plumbing supply house. This companies G.M.and sales staff will tell you that the faucets they sell are "better quality", have "better polymers" or that the "elastomers are higher quality" than what is sold at Home Depot or Lowes. Not true, according to Delta faucet company, I have the email to verify that from Delta faucet company. They charged me $57 EACH more for two Delta faucets than I could have purchased the exact same faucets for at Home Depot. I can understand a bit higher mark up due to the smaller supply chain and purchasing power of a smaller company, but that size mark up is ridiculous! If what they tell customers is to be expected from every product they sell, then you'd be better off buying your own plumbing products and supplying your plumber yourself. I'd give them NO stars if possible, not because they overcharged me, but because they continued to misrepresent what they sold me after I confronted them.
