Do yourself a favor and just change pharmacies now. I transferred everything to HEB and it was SEAMLESS!!!This Walgreens location always has long lines and the second lane is NEVER open. Which is incredibly frustrating. The customer service is ridiculous and unprofessional. The latest issue was because the price was wrong. I had a tech actually tell me that they were too busy and she couldn't help me at the moment. She just kept repeating herself that it was a deductible issue and that I needed to call my insurance company. Um no, insurance doesn't have anything to do with copay cards and discount codes. When I finally got her to actually check the codes, she admitted they were wrong but that she would have to call someone with the computer system to get something removed so she could add my copay assistance coupon code and that I should just call back later. I asked what happens when I call back and she's not there or already gone for the day. She said she would "leave a note" for the next tech. LOL! what?Also, Their automated system will message you that you're prescription is ready, and then you get there to pick it up and it's not ready! My goodness, no reason for all this!After this last experience, I immediately logged into my HEB app and transferred everything! Good riddance!

Adding to all these 1-star reviews. The longest wait times no matter time of the day, drive-through or not. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what, but this is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever gotten my medication from.

Was told to go in to pharmacy to get a covid test, get there and they tell me you have to do that through the drive thru. Wait 10 minutes in drive thru for them to say the test isn't free even with insurance, due to me, you know, feeling awful, I forgot my wallet at home I ask can I use tap and pay, kid says "oooh you have to be inside to use that". Cool. Great. Love that for me.

Omg this place is the absolute worst. I can’t take it anymore. Can’t fill prescriptions quickly or correctly. Customer service is abysmal and they are completely incompetent. I’m done. Moving my medication to H-E-B or another Walgreens.

We had the best experience at this Walgreens. Khanh Powell, the Pharmacist spent so much time with us explaining travel vaccinations needed for an upcoming trip. I highly recommend visiting with her for pharmacy assistance. She is very educated & easy to talk to. Thankful for her!

The employees are nice and helpful. There are certain things I always buy from this store only. And they usually have those items in stock. The Walgreens brand is just as good in quality as the name brand for all the items that I have tried.

I wish I could give their pharmacy 0 stars I really hope someone from management reaches out to me! Never, not one time, has a prescription just been filled without complete chaos occurring. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone this morning dealing with their complete incompetence just trying to get an antibiotic for my kids with strep. Still have not been able to figure it out.

For some reason only this specific Walgreens has a company policy where they can not tell you if they have a medicine in stock. Weird that no other Walgreens actually enforces this company wide policy.

I ONLY use Walgreens pharmacy when I come to Texas to visit my family and help take care of my Dad.The pharmacy at this location #09648 is the most incompetent group of individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, when it comes to my health and prescription needs.The wait time is horrendous. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night you go. It makes no difference if you go inside or wait in the drive thru for an average of 40 minutes.They back date prescriptions, because I have gone to pick them up and they aren't ready, but my doctor sent them the script 2-3 days PRIOR. Upon returning, after I finally get an automated call or text, I see the date being listed as the original date my doctor sent them the original prescription. It has happened several times, to me and my family member.Now, I don't even get contacted that I have prescriptions ready. I have to try to get through to this pharmacy, who will pick up and hang up their phone, so I have to call the store and have another employee walk back to the pharmacy and tell them to answer my call.I have had to call from Iowa and be put through endless hang ups at the pharmacy on Woodway Dr. because they Auto-filled prescriptions without my permission. When I called in my prescriptions at my local pharmacy, my pharmacist informed me that they were already filled in Texas and I have to tell Walgreens to undo the refill, so he could fill them for me. After the second occurrence , my pharmacist called them, and I placed a call to Walgreens corporate office, to file a complaint against the pharmacy for ALL of the problems I had and was STILL having with their pharmacy.Yesterday was the last time I will ever deal with ANY Walgreens. I manually called in and entered my prescription through the automated service. I recieved a conformation email that my order would be ready the next day. It was called into a different location, on Bosque Blvd, and when my husband arrived to pick up the prescription, it wasn't there. It wasn't explained to him as to why, but as he was walking away, the pharmacy tech yelled out, "it's not due until May 1st anyway". He called me, and I found it filled at the Woodway Dr. store. Yet, it was a different prescription # then I had called in. After going around the world in 80 days and an 18 minute wait on the phone, I informed the pharmacy tech that I would be transferring every prescription to another pharmacy because I could no longer tolerate the absolute inability of their company and staff, to simply do what they are supposed to be doing and not offering excuse after excuse. How about your pharmacy, # 09648 at 9101 Woodway Dr. get their act together and treat the pharmacy services seriously. Be proficient, as well as efficient. I didn't expect perfection, but I expected better than being treated like I was an inconvenience to your company. I could place ANOTHER call to your company's corporate office, but, it seems like nothing was addressed in my last call. It's why I love my local pharmacy.They know me. They care about me, and I matter to them.Now I am pulling my prescriptions to another company. In the future, Anyone who asks me for a recommendation, I will direct them to any other pharmacy, but Walgreens.I would like to add that the location at 4100 Bosque Blvd Waco, TX 76710 store #4606 is where my husband encountered the extremely rude pharmacy associate, who shouted out information regarding my prescription as he was halfway down the aisle and leaving the store. It's on the corner of New Road and Bosque. Maybe you will have better service, but we gave them 2 ??

Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to this pharmacy. Every time I go here I’m reminded of why I rarely use them. The wait times are horrendous and the staff on the phone is rude. You’ll wait over half an hour to get up to the drive through window only to be told that your order isn’t ready after they told you a certain time and you’ll have to come back again later.

I dropped a package for return off at the FedEx counter. My package was never returned. It was busy so they didn't give me a receipt (my fault). But said they would text me the information. I have dropped off packages here before. They have always been scattered but my packages always made it back to the sender. Ultimately I think they stole my package that had 2 pair of adidas shoes. Don't use the FedEx drop off.

Do not get pictures developed here. The photo center is very disorganized, I left a disposable camera to get developed of a once in a lifetime vacation to hawaii back in August 2022 and have gone up there multiple times to try and pick them up - every time I have been given the run around that they aren’t ready or they haven’t received them. Months later (because life happened and I got busy) I went and they still couldn’t find them, since it is past 30 days they are not responsible for replacing any film/prints (not that I would have left any other pictures to be handled by them anyways) and the photo lab they outsource to deletes prints after 45 days. Save yourself the heartbreak and find a local shop to develop precious memories.
