My experience dealing with the pharmacy staff; terrible service, rude staff. The staff in the pharmacy also lacks knowledge about basic things that they should know.
The staff in the photo department is also rude and not willing to help. It is difficult to find decent people to work today, but there are still many who need and would perhaps do a better job than some of those currently employed at Walgreens. Proper training and good management are also needed to ensure that the staff are doing their jobs and treating people with respect.

Customer service at this Walgreens has always been sufficient. Daytime associates tend to be a little friendlier; nighttime: they get the job done.

2nd time that I have ordered wood tile pictures and when I go to pick it up, they have only printed the pictures not made the wood tiles.

Apparently, they are still in the dark ages and rely on faxes to get their prescription orders. The staff is incredibly rude. I was in extreme pain after snapping off the ends of both of my wrist bones, and waited until 10:00 p.m. when they closed, and they still swore that they still did not have my prescription for pain meds (sent around 6:30 p.m.). Urgent Care said they had sent it twice. It was a rough night.

My wife and I left the urgent room with a prescription, and arrived at this Walgreens 25 minutes before the pharmacy closed.
The nice young gentlemen behind the counter helped us out and their team were able to get my wife’s prescription filled in like 5 minutes.

The store opens at 6am, I was parked and waiting for them to open. When I saw the big Walgreens sign light up out front, I walked inside. I went and got my 2 items and went to the register. The cashier was stocking something and when she noticed me standing at the register she said "Wow, you don't even let us get set up do ya?" Shocked that I DARED to enter the store once they were open. I said "You do open at 6 right?"
She then looks at her watch and says "Oh, it's 6:03."
Is this how we're treating customers Walgreens?

Very irritating when you have a baby that’s such and get told 20 minutes to come back for them to say the exact same thing 20 minutes later. Y’all shouldn’t even get 1 star

Whoever manages this location needs a change of career. A few of the cashiers are super nice, but that’s all that’s good about this location. Nothing is in stock anymore. They’ve been out of milk for over a week. How does this happen? It’s impossible to complete doordash/instacart/uber eats orders anymore. The freezer has been out for weeks. This place needs some leadership. Some of management is really unpleasant to deal with also. You can literally feel and see that nobody cares anymore. It’s really disappointing. Work isn’t social hour.
Oh yeah, I was there two Sundays ago a couple hours after opening and the bathroom was trashed. So the closing crew clearly didn’t handle their part of closing the day before. Just pathetic.
