I am not happy with this storage facility’s system at all. On August 19, I made a reservation for a storage unit, and everything seemed fine. However, when we tried to move our items in on August 23, we discovered the aisles were so narrow that we couldn’t even access the unit with truck and trailer.
I immediately went to the office to explain the situation and requested a unit with a wider entrance so we could actually use the storage space. The representative told me there was a suitable unit available, but for the same size I would have to pay an additional $19 per month plus a $29 transfer fee.
I found this very unfair and unethical. It was not my fault that the original unit was inaccessible, yet I was expected to pay more just to get what should have been provided in the first place. Instead of accommodating the customer, they added extra costs. Very disappointing experience.

Lexy was very helpful and informative. She took us to see 3 different options so that we could make our final decision. She also answered all of our questions and concerns. We ended up purchasing the month-to-month lease that very day via the online option because of the discounted price. However, we were not aware of the extra fees until Lexy brought them to our attention. The extra fees required are the minimum insurance and the purchase of a lock from the facility. Even though the purchase was not as reasonable as it was advertised it was still a great experience because of the customer service provided by Lexy.
