I took my vehicle to this shop yesterday for the first time. I'm not that mechanically savvy, but I ended walking away much more educated on understanding my vehicle's routine maintenance schedule based on its mileage; from how the parts of my vehicle work that currently needed replacing to how to spot scammers from other non-PRO car care facilities.
This is a legit PRO Auto Servicing business that will do what is in the best interest of the customer and will advise and recommend accordingly any and all necessary routine maintenance servicing and repairs. Based on my first experience, I had a budget, and the shop was able to stay within that budget. There was a service recommended based on my mileage that did go slightly over that budget, but they communicated that before doing the repair. It gave my wife and I the opportunity to discuss whether or not we wanted to go over that budget to repair what was needed. All in all, we got quality service with high quality parts with a vehicle that works and runs a lot better after the fact. Overall, their mechanical knowledge, step by step communication and sincere care for the customer, is truly top-notch!
I definitely recommend ALL PRO to anyone looking for a worry-free, high quality auto care servicing experience. In fact, this place was so good I'm even contemplating driving out of my home state more often to bring my vehicle down here for any and all future routine maintenance needs.

This is a phenomenal auto shop, looked at and fixed an issue in my steering wheel all in one day. They explained in detail what the issue was and how exactly they were going to fix it. Not to mention Jill at the front is a delight!

I rented a box truck from here, and accidentally locked my keys in the truck while dropping it off after hours. The owner met me within 10 minutes. Hard to find customer care like that these days. I will now drive out of my way to use them in the future.

I'm so glad I found a local auto shop I can trust. Not only is it a local and family owned small business, they are also incredibly honest. They are not looking for an easy buck. They came to me with an honest answer for an issue that very easily could have been an expensive issue. They have a lifetime client in this house.

I cannot express to you how much I appreciate the people at all pro auto care. Brought my 2004 town car in after a spark plug blew out. I had had my car in their shop six months prior having some other work done including switching out my spark plugs. The thought had not even crossed my mind that some thing they did could have caused my current issue. Yet, when I arrived to pay whatever it cost to fix the issue I was told that they were going to cover the cost as there was just a slightest chance something might not have been completely tighten down during my visit earlier in the year. I wouldn’t have brought it up. Never even crossed my mind. These folks lived up to their work without anyone asking. It is hard to find people you trust to service your machines at times. I know I have found a place I can trust in All Pro Autocare.

Honest and helpful. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic in this day and age, but I really trust All Pro. Brought my car in for a diagnosis on my transmission, and although I didn't necessarily receive the best news about my car, Jill made sure I knew all of my options and understood the details of the diagnosis.Services: Transmission repair
