Poor customer service. I had a question to ask right at 8pm and the rude worker closed the door and turned his back towards me after shaking his head no. Instead of trying to get home as fast as possible it would have been nice to ask a simple question and not get the door closed in my face

I came in last week, looking for a better phone. Mark greeted me right away, listened to my concerns, and helped me make the right decision. I replaced my Galaxy 20 with a Galaxy 25+, and I am now quite happy. My new phone has the better camera, and most importantly for me, much more storage. Mark is a friendly and knowledgeable representative, and a credit to AT&T. Thank you, Alex

Ummm other than the super weird shadow in the door way it was a great experience I got my internet plan and everything. I thought I was seeing things so I took a picture but umm no... it was real and it was seriusly freaking me out.

Haad a great experience at the AT&T store in Wylie thanks to Mark. he was super friendly and really knew his stuff. He helped me make sure my phone was all set up before I left. Super patient and didnt rush me at all. If you need help, ask for Mark, great customer service, thanks againn.

Posting 1 star and that’s me being generous. I cannot get anyone in management to talk with me. Almost 3 hours on the phone talking with multiple corporate branches of AT&T all to be told our problem is a store level problem but the manager Sean? is apparently not available until next week and his boss Eric may or may not get my message because of the exceedingly unprofessional and rude women who answered the phone but then hung up on me without cause. It’s beyond ridiculous what your store has been putting us through and this needs to be resolved. HOPING this reaches upper management.
