Oh my gosh! Never in my life have I been done this dirty by a company! I’m so mad!My mother-in-law died a couple months ago so I went in per my internet research with her death certificate to tidy up the account and close out her line. She had been a customer for 18+ years. We had 3 lines on her account. We were paying $112/month for a “grandfathered” plan.So I start talking to the guy and because I’m not an authorized user on the account he says I’ll have to make a new account and we’ll transfer everything over. Okay that’s fine, you’re the expert here. Well, at the end he has me choosing plans for my wife and I at $60/line. I asked what about the old plan. That’s no longer available—old plan. And the bill is coming out to $180/month. More cash for one less line for a grieving family trying to tidy up after a loved one dies. I get it’s a “better” plan but I don’t want to pay for unlimited whatever data when 10 gigs a month was plenty. We only ever went over when my mother-in-law was in the hospital—which was fairly common over the past 2 years as she battled cancer.I said can we undo all this? Just kidding, MIL is still alive. Nope. I asked if he knew this was going to happen—“I don’t look at the charges.”I was livid and I still am. So I called costumer service and they were equally useless! There was no effort whatsoever to make this right. In my line of work there is a magical phrase, “what can we do to make this right?”So I’m trying out Visible for $20/month on my phone and when it works for me for a couple weeks I’m transferring my wife’s number over.This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. I sat on this for 8 days hoping to calm down and I’m still furious about it all, hence the review.Thank you for your attention in listening to my grievances. My phone screen went out on me and most times when I go into the store (not this location) to try and resolve it they push me to calling customer service... even sometimes when I can't make a phone call. This time was way different. Heather took the time to help me, explain my options and even called customer service for me. She truly was amazing and I appreciate customer service like that because it's pretty rare these days. I ended up just getting a different phone because I couldn't stand the one I had. She showed me what she recommended and I'm definitely happy with my choice.P.s. no one get the flip4z!

The current situation is proving to be excessively convoluted, rendering the resolution process quite arduous. During my recent attempt to upgrade my phone, I encountered an unexpected obstacle as the service provider was unable to facilitate the upgrade due to the expiration of my driver's license, despite my longstanding five-year customer loyalty. It is noteworthy that the service provider continues to accept my monthly payments, even with an expired driver's license. However, the restriction on upgrading my phone seems unwarranted considering the relatively recent expiration of my license, which has only been a matter of a few days.

These people are crooks. Went in to purchase a phone and the next day I get an email about a Tech Protection Plan that wasn’t discussed with me. I look at receipt and sure enough they snuck it in at the bottom. Called AT&T service and they said they cancelled the protection. Received bill this month and they charged me for last month and this month. Stay far away from here and read the fine print. This has been a continuing problem with the.

Arrived during a small window of free time I had during the day (2:30pm) there is a sign on the door, which is locked and says, ”at lunch will be back soon” I can see the worker inside eating chick fila and looking at their phone. I waited outside the door for 5 min, waited in my car another 15 min… then had to leave. Complete waste of time and closed during normal operating hours.

Came to this location in need of a new phone and possibly adding another line. Started the convo with possibly using my insurance, young lady told me I have to go online and pay a $250 deposit and thats that. If she would of looked at my account she would of seen i was due for an upgrade and with that would of came a new line and 2 new phones and possibly a watch. She was a little busy cutting something at her desk but customer comes first right? Not here. If you are looking for good customer service, avoid this location.

The staff in this store is phenomenal! I went I for an upgrade and came out with a new phone, watch, AirPods and STILL saving money on my bill. That’s never happened to me before with AT&T. My experiences are usually not good but this one was great! I’ll definitely be back to this store!
