My family and I considered moving from our current provider back to At&t. Everything went somewhat well on date of sale. Great conversations and promotions given were great. Hit fast forward and many things that were told weren't true. Our order had to be cancel and I had to go back to the store due to a mistake from the store. Anyone would've been upset after spending hours the first time to get everything set up. And then had to pay the taxes on the phone again. But this store made us feel as if it was our fault. Laughable.
Jimmy was our sales rep, and he's actually a nice guy. Just own up to the fact you messed this order up. It happens - we're all human. What i didn't like was how everything I said was dismissed. I wouldnt lie about the trade in of our phones conversation. He advised I didn't want to trade in my Flip 6. Huh? No, when we found out we could trade in ANY phone like our old note 9's we opted to go that route. Who wouldnt. Perhaps communicating with us that you would need to see the phones first before over committing would be best.
Fast forward we decided to cancel due to all the inconsistentcies. We decided to stay with our current provider. And they gave us a better deal. I asked for At&t to cancel. It was almost like it was being delayed - so I called the store to speak with a manager twice. One manager - advise we were unprofessional because we had them port numbers and then canceled the order. That unfortunately isn't the definition of unprofessionalism. That is simply a customer canceling their order. Which we're in our right. The only time I became more vocal was when Jimmy tried to make us out as a lier. Other than that I've been more than patient. And I have everything documented. We tried our best to be understanding and wanted to make the sale work. This entire process dealing with At&T was less than. Never made us feel like we were the customers when the mistake was made. And based on other reviewers they can attest. Although I would never give this company any more money I will reach out to their head for this location. It's unacceptable.
Its sad when another local store can admit that this store is a problem with owning their mishaps. No one ever gave me apology for the order being submitted the first time wrong. Management trying to deflect and not make things right. I don't care if the total bill was $15 - great customer service goes a long way.
I hope this store uses this situation as a coaching opportunity, to do better in the future. Because this isn't the service levels we expect in this area.

Walked in smelled like feet, crodie at front desk had bad breath. I had legitimate concerns about my iPhone being hacked by a woman named Baljeet. The manager was called over and I was then laughed at and ridiculed by the employees AND the store manager. dont recommend this stores service. Gave it 1 stars because it was close by and quick to get in and out

Walked in the store with a complicated phone set-up. Right away, I was serviced. Kim helped me and she was so patient, as she figured out ways to help me with my complicated situation. She went to great lengths to help me and did so with a good attitude. Great experience. Thank you very much Kim and ATT!

Didn’t have a best experience went to go upgrade my phone And they just made me seem like im a burden to them, went to the 1125 FM location instead and they made me feel welcome :)
