Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've been to this location in the past and the service wasn't great. My experience this time was amazing. She walked me through the trade in process, recommended great accessories and even set up my new device. All of the reps and the new manager were very friendly.

Both as a customer and a contractor, Security officer for AT&T what I want when I work for AT&T is about the same thing that I want for the service. Customer service is most important for our job at Security officer at AT&T to get 100% observe and reporting thank you for your help The gentleman at the Murphy location most grateful, sir!!!!

Sokoeurn at the Wylie store was fabulous!!! Wow what a terrific blend of knowledge and positive energy! AT&T is very lucky to have her...just terrible! She help me with a new Samsung 23 Ultra set up and transferring of the data from my old phone. We had to use two different apps to transferring and because of her knowledge all my pictures and messages were saved!!! Just great service..why I've been with AT&T since 1997!!

If you are smart you will stay away from this store! I would highly recommend you go to Rockwall or Plano to a corporate store. This corporate store has no management, no leadership, and no ideal of what they are doing! Absolute disappointment and waist of time .

Completely Incompetent staff. ATT online directed me to go in store and yet after trying two independent retailers I was directed to this location where staff are unable to fulfill my request and refused to call management. No one has time for this kind of nonsense.

Kim Ledbetter at the Wylie AT&T store went well above and beyond helping me with my account and upgrade. While there were issues with my account she made absolutely sure she did everything she could to help resolve it and took it a step further by providing be male with her contact information as a point of contact until everything is completely worked out. Her patience and persistence to provide the best customer service possible was sincerely appreciated. She did a great job and deserves to be recognized for her efforts.Side note. Three was another male associate at that store also stepped up and tried to assist as well and also did a great job. My apologies for not having his name.
