I just want to start by saying this has got to be the best service I’ve have ever gotten. I had a problem with my alternator and wasn’t close to home (1hr 1/2 away) so I decided stop by here and get help by from James and nick. Of the back once going in very welcoming and I ask for a diagnostic on my alternator nick helped me and explained everything with detail and unfortunately I found out it was damaged and I was worried since I didn’t have any tools I wouldn’t be able to replace/warranty another one. Once I said I could not remove it nick offered tools to be able to remove it and I’m so thankful for that without it I wouldn’t be able to make it home. Overall I’m grateful for their service.

Barely made it there with my baby after my car died in middle of street. A older gentleman named Alvin was there to check the warranty on my battery and check out the issue and was able to get me a new battery. He even replaced it for me on the spot without me even asking. We were able to walk around a little inside to cool down while he did it. Appreciate the help from this AutoZone! I was in and out worry free within 15 minutes.

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I came in needing assistance with finding the right part for my car, and the employee who helped me went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. They took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and even helped with installation. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service, and I truly appreciate their expertise and willingness to help. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future auto needs. Highly recommend!

Very helpful. No charge to tell me why my check engine light is on. Also told me it's safe and driving it wouldn't hurt the car. So glad to know especially since my fiance is in the hospital and I needed to get to him. Thanks to all that helped me.

Came in needing a new headlight and right away I was greeted by Marissa. She helped me immediately to find the right bulbs and offered to put them in. The whole process coming in and out was quick and easy. Marissa was super friendly and I appreciate her helping me.

I've been to this place twice to have my battery that I purchased from them checked and they always say that it's fine. I went somewhere else to get it double checked and they always tell me that I need a new battery.

I had an incredible experience at AutoZone. My intention was to purchase a new headlight for my SUV, and Wendy went above and beyond to assist me. Despite the rain, she bravely replaced both of my headlights. I highly recommend her service.

I went in today thinking my battery was low, Ken was absolutely amazing and checked my battery. He said my battery was good and then cleaned off my contacts to make sure that my battery was ok. I really appreciate how sweet he was and how nice he was.

I just want to praise Marissa at auto zone Wylie she’s amazing!! And she helped me with kindness and graciously helped me put it on. She goes above and beyond to help her customers!!! She should be a manager.
