Liars. I was told to return a starter Saturday because they would have the cash available. I called to check if they had the cash for my return and they said no. I’ve been trying for two weeks. Honor the policy written on warranty!

This store is the best! Not only did the manager make sure I received all the products in their promotional oil change deal but he was the first person in any Autozone store to tell me about the the extra 10% off for veterans. I’ll be shopping at this store exclusively from now on. Thanks.

I have always had a great experience at this AutoZone. Michelle was very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person when I called about replacing my dead car battery today, and Mark was very helpful and quick with the replacement.
The last time my battery died (before this morning), I was at Target across the street. Someone from this AutoZone brought a battery to me across the street and replaced it for me. I don't remember his name, but it was truly above and beyond!

My car died while I was at a nearby gas station, I thought I was gonna have to go buy a new battery and tools and corrosion spray but no, the young gentlemen at this AutoZone not only jumped my car but also installed a new battery and cleaned the corrosion off my battery contacts. Above and beyond service from a hero and a gentleman and I didn't even get his name.

The other parts store made me feel like I was being taken advantage of you now have a repeated customer. she is so knowledgeable and you are extremely lucky to have her.
