Kacie she give me the worst attitude I have ever had in my life. Ask her to cash it and deposit my check she just deposited my check after than asked her did you cash and deposit my check with very very bad attitude answered no becomes you were on your phone I was like I can deposit my check from my phone that’s why the reason I came here to cash and deposit my check give me bad attitude and reaction please need more better management to this bank site that’s why I’m about to transfer to another bank soon very disappointed

I live in Wylie and infact new to Wylie. Just visited this location branch as it is close to my house. I had an horrible experience with Cashier today. The way she was talking to me is incredibly rude as if i am some kind of low class. I never ever in my life had experienced such pathetic and insolent behavior and poor customer service from BOA. She looks racist and rude and talking so bad as if she has some personal grudge and infact this is the first time i visited this BOA location. I was smiling and talking she did not even smile and made rude faces. Disgusting experience and never ever gonnna visit and request others to no do so and better find some good branches around even if you had to go far or try Chase may be as they have an amazing customer service regardless of the location.

)n 12/02/23 (a Saturday) I had to go inside the branch for a check issue, and dealt with Lizzi as the bank teller. Even with the lobby closing soon, she spent the time to answer any and all questions I had and was incredibly helpful.I had previously read all the negative reviews on this branch on google, so I wasn't really planning on a great customer service experience. I was happily proved wrong, though!Thanks for helping me out and answering my questions, Lizzi!

I went to the ATM to get money out and the money never came out. I have complained and I still have not received my money. Bank of America has stollen my money!

Poorly managed. I went there today for safety locker room. There were only 4 employees in the location. One lady helping everyone to check in. Two ther employees just chatting about some issue they were acting like if they didn't resolve the issue it will crash their banking system. Only one person was handling teller booth and also handling safety locker room. It took us over an hour for 5 minutes of work inside locker room. We had wait 10 minutes to check out.Very bad experience I do no recommend this location to anyone stay away unless you have no other option.

Slowest services in this planet when compared to any other bank. Went couple of times to deposit cash and you need to wait for hour .. it doesn’t mean too much crowded. Only one person will be there and he will take his own time ..No wonder why majority of reviews talking about the same ..!!

Does Bank of America not want new clients? I called 3 times throughout the day today and no one answered the phone ONCE. Not once. Not even someone picking up the phone to say "Thank you for calling Bank of America, please hold!" and then putting me on hold before I have a chance to interject. I work in a bank. I get that. At least THAT would have shown there was someone there who wanted business. I was coming in to open a checking account and credit card. I know Chase and Wells Fargo answer their phones. I guess I should have just ended up calling them first anyway. Good luck, Out of Business America!

The slowest bank in modern history. Expect a full line in the lobby with one person working the line. However, they do have two people that direct you to stand in the line, so there's that.

Don’t bother making an appointment here. You’ll show up for it only to have them inform you the person you made an appointment with is out for the week. I even called to confirm beforehand, with no answer of course
