I usually have no problem when I’m shopping here but today which is the $4.95 sale. I was looking for a specific lotion for a stocking stuffer gift and I couldn’t find item. I looked everywhere before I asked an employee for help. She was an older white skinny women with short dirty blonde hair. She waved me off the first time saying “it’s on the wall”. I proceed to say that I checked. She then makes a very aggressive sigh and said “we probably ran out. Why work here if you can’t handle simple customer inquiries. She was very rude to everyone else shopping there. I’ve worked customer service and retail for many years and understand the pressure when it comes to the holidays, but leave your issues and problems at home don’t bring it to work. Don’t let customers notice your frustrations.

Best bath and body works I have been in! I am in Wylie visiting my grandchildren and stopped in today for the candle sale. I was greeted at the door by a wonderful employee!! His name was Elonzo ( I hope that is correct! I am horrible with names) and he went above and beyond to help me with a question I had concerning an online only candle. He was not sure how to answer the question, but went and found out!!! Such great customer service!! I look forward to coming back next time I am in town.

I have been coming to this store for YEARS, but something has changed and not for the better. I don't know if management has changed or what because the atmosphere is not what it used to be. I am used to coming in and being greeted with a smile and offered assistance. Today was NOT that way. Everyone seemed like they didn't know what was going on, I was talked to with a very short tempered attitude and honestly I don't know if I will be back. I am very disappointed in management.

They never have Pumpkin Lotion anymore unless you buy it in September ...it should be available in Fall months

Love, I love this place. i stuck up for everything here from home, fragrance to hand soaps, anything to make my home, and my family smelling good. When they give rewards, it's excellent.

Went for the Semi Annual Sale around 3pm and while most of the staff looked stressed or not necessarily happy to help anyone, “Mel” by far stood out. She was aggressive, rude and just overall not welcoming. I had a question about one of the products and had to absolutely avoid being in her way or asking as that’s how mean/scary she was acting. If you were standing where she needed to stock, she’d just physically push you to the side or yell indignantly “Excuse me!” A small boy had picked up one of the lotions and she immediately started to yell “Stop it!” Its a stressful time for all customer service industry employees, I get that. But this was ridiculous. I should never feel scared spending my money anywhere. What’s worse is it seemed like she was in authority/manager position with how she was speaking to the other employees. Regardless, it seems Mel does not need to be apart of a high-volume event if she’s so easily stressed out. Happy holidays.

Charged me for an extra candle that I did not buy on Candle day. I didn’t notice until I got home so I called and was told I had to come back and bring the whole purchase back. Hey, enjoy the extra $9.95 you made off me I guess, but I’m not hauling 16 candles back because your store can’t ring up correctly.

Worst customer service EVER! Entered the store right when opened. After getting items quickly, I went to checkout. The CASHIER said nothing hello, good morning nothing. Then after paying you just slide my bag to me no thank you. So I asked her are you ok? Then a guy working there starts to make excuses saying yesterday was Black Friday. Ok AND yesterday had nothing to do with me or TODAY! If you’re not happy working as a CASHIER then change jobs! Being kind or just cordial to people doesn’t cost a thing! I shouldn’t have even spent my money there, I will never go back, but you never know when you might have to see someone again you were disrespectful too! You never know I might be the nurse taking care of you one day, but the difference will be I’ll treat you with respect! Customer service is indeed the WORST.

Just left this location and cashier number 3432833 whoever you are you were exceptional!! The store was cleaned, several employees offered to help me find what I was looking for, and the cashier helped me navigate the app and utilize my coupons! She was sweet, efficient, and helpful! Appreciate them just letting us come in and shop! We will definitely visit this location again.

I walked in the store while a worker upfront was talking to a family. I walked all around the store looking for a specific scent. I was less than a foot away from this older "loud" worker & she still did not acknowledge me. We were facing each other & she NEVER looked up to acknowledge me. I debated on whether or not to buying anything there. I finally said something to her because I had a question. She was nice & friendly when I spoke to her. That was odd... I noticed as I was still looking that an African American family came in as I was going to checkout. I didn't hear her talking to them, which they were the newest customers in the store. On my way out I observed she didn't approach them. She was friendly to the other customers. I guess we were the wrong color for her! Next time I'll take the drive out of my way to go to the Firewheel location where they don't make preferences of color!
