“Was recommended to go to Sam's Fine Jewelry by a coworker to get some repairs done to 2 of my rings and a necklace. I wish I took before and after pictures! Repairs were done very fast and the rings looked like brand new rings! At the same time I ended up buying another ring to wear for work (that's how I damaged the other rings, I work with my hands), custom made and I couldn't be more impressed and happy with it. Staff was super helpful and kind which makes all the difference in the experience. Did not feel pressured, rushed or like a sales process. Informed me of different options and styles. “What a great place!!! We were a walk in and I think (Kristen and Karen) helped us. They were beyond cordial and accommodating. We had a budget to work with and she showed us what area to look in. It was such an easy going environment and each dress fit reasonably well. She explained how each dress would be altered in what areas. She also explained how they can do alterations at the location but they were not included in the pricing, which was understandableShe fit the bride with a vail, and explained the difference of the styles. She was excellent at styling the vail for the dress.I especially loved how she was so gracious with how each dress flattered the bride and helped her to understand the proper style and fit for her shape.It was such a great experience and so much fun. I am so grateful that they allowed for us to have such a relaxed environment for such an intimate moment between a step mother and daughter.I definitely recommend this shoppe for selection and customer service.
