I went to Caliber Collision and they charged me $45 just to put air in my tire. That’s ridiculous and feels like a scam. Something so simple should not cost that much. I would not recommend coming here for basic services.

My car went to the Caliber Collision body shop for repair. Ms. Hayley Correa was assigned as my contact. During this entire process, she was very prompt, explained everything clearly, follow-up was excellent, highly courteous, very helpful and extremely co-operative. Her staff followed her foot steps. I am thoroughly satisfied with her and her staff. Overall, she is very customer centric, outstanding and exceeded the expectations. I have experienced the highest level of customer satisfaction. On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the best she is somewhere beyond 5+++. I wish her all the best!

Calibre collision had great customer service from the girls at the front desk to Jake who took his time with us to explain the process and when we got the vehicle in the shop they gave us constant text to let us know where they were at in the process and when we picked up the car, it looked fantastic. It did great work. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Took my BMW SUV in for minor damage. Had received great referrals from acquaintances but was a little hesitant. I’m glad I did! They did a phenomenal job and were so polite throughout the process.

I have used Caliber Collision in Wylie a few times over the years. Historically, they have done a great job of managing the claims process and completing quality repairs. Our two most recent experiences this summer show there has been a drastic drop off in customer service. We'll start with my wife's vehicle. We went and got an estimate for some minor hail damage. The experience was fine, the shop manager wrote the estimate and took pictures. He noted that one of the dents on the unibody assembly on the front right passenger side could not be fixed by pointless dent repair and wrote the estimate up for conventional repair. The vehicle was dropped off on a Monday and I received a call the following Monday that the vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and noticed that there was no conventional repair on the final estimate. When I went to look at the car, the dent on the unibody assembly was still there. I tried explaining to the employee that the shop manager had included that on the initial estimate as a conventional repair, she advised they could try to have tge hail team pull it out. I again advised I just wanted it fixed the right way, got back in my rental and left. On tge way home the employee called me and tried to tell me that this obvious hail dent was unrelated prior damage. This is patently false, I again told her it was on the initial estimate and that I just wanted it fixed correctly. I later spoke with the shop manager who assured me that they would get it fixed and he agreed it was on the initial estimate and was not unrelated prior damage. Problem is, now they have falsely told my insurance company that the repair is complete. My insurance company has terminated my rental, I have asked them to straighten this out with my insurance and the rental car company, we'll see if they come through. Oh and the update I got on the vehicle today was that they tried to do a glue pull, which didn't work so now they're doing the conventional repair that was, that's right, on the initial estimate. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the service advisor was stunning. Even more so because just 3 weeks earlier they took my truck in and assured me they could complete repairs while I was out of town for the week. I dropped it off on a Friday and git an update Tuesday that it had been moved to another shop. Understandable, lots of hail claims right now. When I called the 2nd location on Friday for an update, they had no clue where my truck was or if any work had been completed on it. That's when I found out that the same service advisor from the episode with my wife's vehicle had it moved to a shop that was not a direct repair facility for my insurance company. They refused to accept the vehicle and sent it to the 2nd location, who as we know from earlier, has no idea where my truck is. I called the manager at the Wylie location and told him to find my truck, get it back to Wylie and get it fixed. They did provide a rental once I got back to town and the repairs were completed surprisingly fast after a whole week of dragging my truck all over the Metroplex and not performing any work on it. All to say this has been a huge disappointment. The lack of transparent communication and basic customer service skill is severely lacking with the service advisor I worked with. If she had even a shred of accountability or admitted she made a mistake, that is understandable. She instead tried to play me for a fool. The manager has been apologetic and has made things right, hoping for that as we still wait for completion on my wife's car.

Went in for hail damage. They gave me a quote and had my vehicle for about a week before they called me and accused me of insurance fraud. Claimed I placed dents on my Denali to get things covered?? I asked where, they said the roof!! The roof?! You mean the part of the vehicle no one looks at that suffered the most significant damage?!
I pulled my vehicle from them and went next door to Texas Collision Centers. They treated me right and laughed at these fools for their character assassination.
Don’t use these guys. I suspect they didn’t want to do the work. They’ll lie and treat you poorly if they don’t want to do the work.
Hail storm was 3/25/2025.
