This Carnation location is NOT maintained as well as all other locations. I have a huge problem with my vehicle going in DRY, no soap/water was sprayed on my vehicle before the brushes started hitting it Won't be using this location any more.

Overall good service. They pay attention to detail. I can tell from the way they clean the rooms in my truck. I have a monthly plan that I canceled and there was some mix-up so they charged me an extra month. Once I called they were understanding and took care of it.
