This location closes early. They lock their doors before their actual closing time and leave the drive through service windows as well. Looking forward to reporting this to Chase.

Horrible customer service in the Wylie branch. People is too lazy
Three times they didn't process my credit card payment. I had to go to the Murphy branch were they are very helpful and courteous.

Tried to open a account but I guess they don’t prioritize walk in , when I opened my account , last year they did it in 15 mins , but had us wait 20 mins for just to say , to make an appointment and come back, while there was 2 ppl working they was 2 other ppl eating during the busiest time , like can’t you take your lunch later and do your job?

I've sold my home, moved in with my oldest son's family and am traveling to see other family and friends across the USA and internationally. Chase has been where I want to be, or is helpful in getting the cash I want sent, or carried with me, to those places. No bad experiences in a couple of decades. Always very helpful, regardless of city or state where I have done business with them.

WOW! the worst service ever! when we walked in the bankers were talking in a corner, and when we asked for assistance, we were told that they were busy today with appointments and could not help us and that we should find another location or go open the account on line. when we told the banker that we have tried to and that the on line said we need to go to the branch, it was like she was not even listening. this is incredibly disappointing.

Went to this branch to open an estate account. The banker claimed it will take 5-10 days to open the account. Went to other bank they did it in 1 hour. These bankers in the location needs some education or they are just plain lazy. I have checked with my banker friends at Chase and it will take 1 hour to open a acct with death certificate and surrogate court doc.

As banks go, chase is a great online bank. The branch in Wylie Texas is a little weak. It was obviously designed when banks offered more services. However, I occasionally need to talk to a person and they are always able to handle what I need.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the customer service at this Chase location. It was evident that the management had no regard for their customers. Despite visiting twice to open an account, I was forced to wait for over an hour each time. Seeing such a blatant lack of concern for customers is incredibly disheartening. It's no surprise that more and more people are opting for online services instead.
