Horrible customer service. Can't get the pharmacy to call me back. The person at the window was not helpful. He located my prescription at another pharmacy but would not transfer to that store so it would be ready for me when I got there. It was a 40-minute drive. I am looking for a new pharmacy.

I moved all my scripts to this CVS pharmacy. They do a n amazing job of servicing Wylie. They are open 24 hours which is handy. The people that work there are super nice and friendly and the store is clean and well stocked.

My CVS Pharmacy is located in Wylie Texas, I have never been to this pharmacy and found it not clean. The staff is very nice, helpful and pleasant. I even like the clothing I find there but, they need more sizes for plus-size women. The Pharmacist is the best! this gentleman goes out of his way to stop as busy as they always are and come to talk to you and answer your questions, I have never seen that to the extent that he does it. That is why they are so busy because we the customers will always return. After all, we know they care about us and want to help the customer. The other pharmacy employees are also very helpful and friendly, they all work so well together. I used to have another pharmacy but now I have found the Pharmacy that I will keep.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. Continual errors and long wait times. 4 times they have told me my order is ready then been unable to find it. Tonight the lead person looked in the same bin 12 times for my order and never said a word to me while I stood there. The manager of this pharmacy needs to find a new job. Will be moving to Walgreens

No matter if it’s inside the store or the drive thru CVS is always on point with everything since I’ve been a customer for years. The store is very clean and cozy and that’s also a plus for me my location is FM544/Kirby in Wylie,Texas 24hr HepHub Clinic also…Once again thanks CVS for your amazing service!!!

Put an appointment for COVID testing was 5 minutes late and told me I had to cancel my appointment or reschedule, they literally called me when I was on my way to the cvs, they had to reschedule me because I was 5 minutes late. Thank you CVS for your courtesy on cancellation of my COVID Test

The pharmacy staff is excellent! I called because I wanted to transfer a prescription from another CVS. The first location had told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the medication, but when I called this location in Wylie they informed me that the incorrect manufacturer had been inputed, and when they changed it the medicine was covered! I had talked to the other CVS about this prescription multiple times, and not once did they notice the error. I'm so glad I called this location in Wylie when I did. The staff is also super friendly!

Rudest customer service. Called to ask if they had a prescription in stock and he cut me off saying they closed at 10. I mentioned nicely that I wanted to check to see if they had a certain medication in stock. He cut me off again and said we don't have it and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional.

Heather the cashier was very rude. Mad that she had to get off her phone to ring up my one item. Won't be shopping here again.
